GBUnfortunately I had to put 1 star there should be a ZERO STAR option .. what a joke! DO NOT ORDER FROM ASDA DIRECT- bad customer services unable to give any information and then just make up a delivery date, took a day off work waiting for delivery which turns out had not even left the warehouse. They take your money the moment you place the order and then cant tell you when you will get the goods you have paid for, im not talking a few quid im talking hundreds of pounds for new furniture. They should be investigated as im sure there is a huge service failing on their part. Im still waiting for my delivery its been 5 weeks now. you've been warned !!

GB‘Moderated reviews’ not believable Ordered a shelf easily enough but had two issues with it: 1) cellophane only wrapped meant it was damaged in transit and 2) it had obviously been damaged before and someone had painted over the damage yet they’d still sent out. Have returned and to give them credit they have refunded quickly. However I believe they are promoting products misleadingly as they do not allow negative reviews - when submitted they are ‘moderated’ and can be declined with no reason other than please read the guidelines. Having read the guidelines and rewording three times only talking about the product (despite the fact I believe packaging and quality control are the main issue) they still decline. Judging by other comments this is normal practice for them. Meaning they will have more positive reviews on products than is likely to be the case. Very untrustworthy.

GBNOTHING IN STOCK I have been trying to spend money on garden furniture at Asda and every single item is out of stock. Anyone would think it was winter, it is the middle of summer for goodness sake so why on earth are their buyers not ensuring there are goods for their customers to purchase. It is no wonder that stores are going bankrupt or sacking staff because they are not giving the shoppers anything to buy.

GBUseless! I ordered 6 bath towels. 4 arrived packed in two massive cardboard boxes. A week later another huge box arrived containing not the missing towels but 2 fitted sheets. Spent ages waiting for customer service to answer the phone. I'll be interested to see what finally turns up. No delivery notes in any of the oversized boxes. Utterly useless. I ordered towels and received problems and additional expenditure on phonecalls.

GBCustomer service is non-existent. Customer service email provided by Asda doesn't work. Phoning them unless you are a customer doesn't work either. I emailed the customer service head Meg Farren. Surprise surprise no response. I wanted to complain about a delivery driver blocking a very narrow street causing problems for others especially in an emergency situation where time is of the essence.
