Sunday delivery. Ordered some items, had the choice of next day delivery so clicked for Sunday, paid the extra delivery charge. Received an email from Hermes to say they had received the item, waiting for it to turn up. At 21.00 received an email to say Asda have refunded the delivery charge, no explanation nothing. If you cannot deliver on a Sunday do not put it as an option.

Terrible I paid for guaranteed delivery on 06.02.2015 Unfortunately Asda chose to use Yodel, the UK's worst delivery company Waited in all day 7am to 7pm no delivery Neither Yodel or Asda are particularly interested really At least I know never to order from them again All I have to do now is wait goodness knows how long for my refund

Asda direct Worst service ever! Ordered items never arrived!! They say they delivered to neighbour by Yodel!!! Who are worst delivery company on roads in my opinion! Phoned call centre 3 seperate days promised to phone me back!!! Never did! Rang back escalated call centre manager told they would investigate 36 working hours!!! Still no answer and no goods. To add insult to injury they now sent me email asking me to review the goods. Very very unhappy customer

a shocking experience bought product for £400, delivered by ArrowXL. Wrong item but courier demanded it had left on door step as an asda problem. Asda offered to replace item if would pay £20 extra postage costs, otherwise have to wait 15 days for collection and then a refund and only then resend right item, if in stock. Then advised must re-buy online for 400£, and wait 20 days for a refund, but there is a risk that may not refund as Asda rarely refund ..........shocking and no help at customer services, just shrug shoulders and said hard luch

Stupid website charges wrong amoung Tried to purchase an Xbox on Asda direct, I added two gift card with the remaining £337 to pay with debit card. After making the payment they actually charged me £437. I've since cancelled and requested a refund, I'll order from elsewhere. Will now take 5 days for them to cancel and refund. Can't trust them again after them charging the wrong amount.
