Bed problem Recently bought a new bed from Asda and there was a part missing, a vital part, the slats that go under the mattress. Won't go into all the details but after emails and phone calls to very pleasant people, the problem was finally solved and we were given vouchers to compensate for our trouble so yes, in the end, a good service. Thank you.

Stupid website charges wrong amoung Tried to purchase an Xbox on Asda direct, I added two gift card with the remaining £337 to pay with debit card. After making the payment they actually charged me £437. I've since cancelled and requested a refund, I'll order from elsewhere. Will now take 5 days for them to cancel and refund. Can't trust them again after them charging the wrong amount.

No show - awful delivery service Ordered a kettle for my mum as hers had broken. Paid for next day delivery to her house - never turned up. Waited another 4 days still nothing! Nothing from Asda or yodel! Eventually got a refund for delivery but still not parcel. Requested refund and told them I didn’t want the item anymore. Awaiting refund - don’t offer next day delivery if you cannot fulfil it!

Useless! I ordered 6 bath towels. 4 arrived packed in two massive cardboard boxes. A week later another huge box arrived containing not the missing towels but 2 fitted sheets. Spent ages waiting for customer service to answer the phone. I'll be interested to see what finally turns up. No delivery notes in any of the oversized boxes. Utterly useless. I ordered towels and received problems and additional expenditure on phonecalls.

a shocking experience bought product for £400, delivered by ArrowXL. Wrong item but courier demanded it had left on door step as an asda problem. Asda offered to replace item if would pay £20 extra postage costs, otherwise have to wait 15 days for collection and then a refund and only then resend right item, if in stock. Then advised must re-buy online for 400£, and wait 20 days for a refund, but there is a risk that may not refund as Asda rarely refund ..........shocking and no help at customer services, just shrug shoulders and said hard luch
