GBWish I'd read these reviews before purchasing So far item has not even been sent out for courier collection, after stating it would be ready for click and collect pick-up on the evening of 30th March 2024. As other reviewers state .. don't bother with this site!

GBIncomplete order/faulty items Ordered a garden chair set including table, sofas and foot stool. Arrived within good time however damage to foot stool. Immediately rang to explain and informed they would come and collect the item and order a replacement which would be sent out in 2 days. After waiting two weeks without a replacement a second telephone call was made where they explained they had received the faulty item but were awaiting paperwork. After waiting just over a month I called again where I was informed that no replacement had been ordered! No apology was given and although a lovely garden set left disappointed by being incomplete!

NLStupid website charges wrong amoung Tried to purchase an Xbox on Asda direct, I added two gift card with the remaining £337 to pay with debit card. After making the payment they actually charged me £437. I've since cancelled and requested a refund, I'll order from elsewhere. Will now take 5 days for them to cancel and refund. Can't trust them again after them charging the wrong amount.

GBUnfortunately I had to put 1 star there should be a ZERO STAR option .. what a joke! DO NOT ORDER FROM ASDA DIRECT- bad customer services unable to give any information and then just make up a delivery date, took a day off work waiting for delivery which turns out had not even left the warehouse. They take your money the moment you place the order and then cant tell you when you will get the goods you have paid for, im not talking a few quid im talking hundreds of pounds for new furniture. They should be investigated as im sure there is a huge service failing on their part. Im still waiting for my delivery its been 5 weeks now. you've been warned !!

GBSurely the days of putting a UK… Surely the days of putting a UK supermarket's customer service team in the Phillipines has long passed?! What are the thinking of? You call, the line is terrible. Neither you nor the support person can understand each other properly. They appear to stuck in strict scripts such that they cannot actually help on anything remotely off piste. Ridiculous.
