Yapsody Support The support provided by Yapsody is outstanding. I have always found the advise helpful and accurate. You can always chat to a real person no matter what time of day.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD - AVOID A few days after purchasing tickets through Yapsody, two accounts of fraud were committed on the card I used to buy the tickets, one of which was fortunately stopped by my bank. The event organisers put the word out that several people who had bought tickets had money stolen from their accounts, so I am certain that Yapsody are to blame. I have opened a fraud case with my bank. This is incredibly poor service, they can't be trusted with your card details! It is a free service for a reason!

Excellent customer service, excellent ticketing program I have been using Yapsody ticketing since 2017. They always provide fabulous customer service. Whenever I have an issue it is resolved very quickly. Yapsody has even designed solutions tailored to my needs...for example, early in Covid I needed to come up with a socially distanced seating plan and they created this from scratch. Since then I switched from general admission to allowing people to select their seats, and the system is very well designed. Yapsody pricing is also quite good compared with competitors. I highly recommend Yapsody.

We've been using Yapsody for MANY years… We've been using Yapsody for MANY years and hundreds of shows...while the user interface could be a little bit more customizable it does the job. I wish we could make it a little more branded to our style but...well, you can't have everything. Yapsody is easy to use, reliable, fast and reasonably priced.

This was the first time our… This was the first time our organization used Yapsody and we were really pleased with. In the past we had sold tickets on our own website and prior to that Eventbrite. The set up wizard was intuitive and straight forward. As it is different than Eventbrite, I found watching the tutorial was helping. I had to use the “Chat” feature once and it gave me the answer I needed right away. The YapScan app was very simple and efficient for our volunteers to use and the YapStat app provided a one button snapshot of our ticket sales. Yapsody’s pricing is much lower than Eventbrite so I can't see us going back.
