This level of support has become rare in software apps and platforms, and is one of the things that makes the Yapsody platform very good for our events.

GBI bought tickets in September at the… I bought tickets in September at the Fort Hall Casino it was cancelled. She was so excited to see him on her birthday on February 11th he cancelled. She cried all weekend she has bad health problems and this was really awful for her. She saw him in 1989 when she was a young lady and listened to his music quite often. The sad part is I can't even get refunded for my tickets.

GBThis was the first time our… This was the first time our organization used Yapsody and we were really pleased with. In the past we had sold tickets on our own website and prior to that Eventbrite. The set up wizard was intuitive and straight forward. As it is different than Eventbrite, I found watching the tutorial was helping. I had to use the “Chat” feature once and it gave me the answer I needed right away. The YapScan app was very simple and efficient for our volunteers to use and the YapStat app provided a one button snapshot of our ticket sales. Yapsody’s pricing is much lower than Eventbrite so I can't see us going back.

GBYapsody is a Great Time Saver! Yapsody has provided our club with a method to put on large activities, selll tickets and let everyone pick a seat of their choice. As an organizer, it has saved me so much time that was otherwise wasted. 5 star for convenience! The only negative we really have is that it is a bit difficult to learn. Once it is mastered it is great, but if you do not use it often it is easy to forget how to do certain tasks.

GBCREDIT CARD FRAUD - AVOID A few days after purchasing tickets through Yapsody, two accounts of fraud were committed on the card I used to buy the tickets, one of which was fortunately stopped by my bank. The event organisers put the word out that several people who had bought tickets had money stolen from their accounts, so I am certain that Yapsody are to blame. I have opened a fraud case with my bank. This is incredibly poor service, they can't be trusted with your card details! It is a free service for a reason!
