Their Customer Service is Excellent!… Their Customer Service is Extraordinary. I'm hosting a free event, with not charge at all from Yapsody and they have treated us like a million bucks! I check more than 10 ticketing company and this company earned my business because of their excellent 24 /7customer support. They platform is user friendly. I recommend it 100% Besides is the cheaper one out there. ;-)

CREDIT CARD FRAUD - AVOID A few days after purchasing tickets through Yapsody, two accounts of fraud were committed on the card I used to buy the tickets, one of which was fortunately stopped by my bank. The event organisers put the word out that several people who had bought tickets had money stolen from their accounts, so I am certain that Yapsody are to blame. I have opened a fraud case with my bank. This is incredibly poor service, they can't be trusted with your card details! It is a free service for a reason!

First time using online ticketing… First time using online ticketing platform. Very easy to set and use, no headaches of phone or personal sales of event tickets. Yapstat was very good option they have, which can be used to keep an eye on event sales etc. Would recommend it and will also keep using for future events.
