GBFinally going to experience The Eagles! I am always looking forward to doing business with your company. I feel that I’m not being taken advantage of as much as I do with Ticketmaster. I also like that I receive my tickets in a timely manner.

GBTickets a no show/Long refund process - Gametime has provided me with excellent access to sports events and concert tickets. The product is 5 STAR. However, a recent purchase soured my opinion, because the event tickets never arrived. - To receive a refund required a combination of texts and calls over a four day period. Eventually, the refund was processed, and I appreciate Gametime’s following through. - Ideally, to resolve immediate ticketing issues, access to a phone rep would be helpful. - The refund process was reactive. I communicated with three different reps who promised to elevate my issue, and have someone reach out. No one called. Setting realistic expectations would help. If they’re too busy to call, let people know to call back. - I’ll use the service again…but with a backup plan.

GBMajor League Surprise - No Tickets After I Already Paid! Dislike - I ordered tickets the night before the event and still had not received them an hour and a half before the start time. When I called them, they told me they banned that seller and could offer me a refund or 130% on a new Gametime purchase. Why didn't they proactively contact me when they banned that seller after he sold me tickets and the money was already charged to my credit card? Like - the agent helped me through getting a new set of tickets 15 minutes before game time and they sent me a $44 credit afterwards to use on a future purchase

GBI got the tickets I wanted but they… I got the tickets I wanted but they were way more than what they were listed as. Also the checkout experience was very confusing, I didn’t realize I had actually bought the tickets until I had. I never got a chance to put a promo code in. This was the worst ticket app I have used. I should’ve used Seat Geek.

GBGametime Unauthorized Purchase Scam I received an unsolicited text and email on 02/10/2024 from Gametime telling me that I had just received two tickets to the Golden State Warriors vs. Phoenix Suns NBA basketball game at Chase Center. The tickets were $200 each for 100 level tickets (would typically go for well over $600 each). I had never heard of Gametime before so assumed it was a scam based on the price and the fact I was out of town. Sure enough a charge of $400 shows up on my credit card statement which I immediately flagged as fraudulent and was issued a new card. After investigation both Chase and Gametime are refusing to refund the fraudulent charge. Again, never heard of Gametime or downloaded their app.
