I purchased tickets for the Miami Open… I purchased tickets for the Miami Open session 7 the game was rain out Ticketmaster and the Miami Open reissue tickets for the event on a different day and I am still waiting because they are saying that the event did took place. Please do not buy tickets from this people as they will not honor their policies.

Awesome customer service support fixing my ticket release issue Bought last minute Gametime tickets within 2 hours of show. My tickets didn't go over to my account after waiting an hour & was told seller hasn't release my tickets. Bought last minute many times before & this has never happened like this. Customer rep supported me via text and was able to find me a comparable ticket that was same price & better seating. Got me those tickets 30 minutes before the show. Thanks to the awesome teamwork!

It is a scam It is a scam, I bought 2 tickets for an event, I received some tickets for another area that was not what I bought. and when I called them they told me that it was a problem with the system that they can only give me a credit of $200 with that I did not buy even a quarter of a ticket for that event and all this just 1 month from the event when the tickets are already sold out in that area. They do not insure your ticket. Do not buy here. You buy a ticket in one area and they send you another one. SCAM PAGE

Exactly what I want from a ticket app 💯 Gametime is always a very efficient experience. App is very user friendly and they also have the best prices I’ve seen for basketball games. Had to reach out to customer service and didn’t have to wait long at all. Service was very fast and immediately cleared things up for me! 100% recommend!
