USGametime Unauthorized Purchase Scam I received an unsolicited text and email on 02/10/2024 from Gametime telling me that I had just received two tickets to the Golden State Warriors vs. Phoenix Suns NBA basketball game at Chase Center. The tickets were $200 each for 100 level tickets (would typically go for well over $600 each). I had never heard of Gametime before so assumed it was a scam based on the price and the fact I was out of town. Sure enough a charge of $400 shows up on my credit card statement which I immediately flagged as fraudulent and was issued a new card. After investigation both Chase and Gametime are refusing to refund the fraudulent charge. Again, never heard of Gametime or downloaded their app.

USI purchased tickets for the Miami Open… I purchased tickets for the Miami Open session 7 the game was rain out Ticketmaster and the Miami Open reissue tickets for the event on a different day and I am still waiting because they are saying that the event did took place. Please do not buy tickets from this people as they will not honor their policies.

USI got the tickets I wanted but they… I got the tickets I wanted but they were way more than what they were listed as. Also the checkout experience was very confusing, I didn’t realize I had actually bought the tickets until I had. I never got a chance to put a promo code in. This was the worst ticket app I have used. I should’ve used Seat Geek.

USGrateful for how fast and reliable 👍 Although at the last concert I had a delay in sending the tickets because I bought them late, I called and spoke with Jena and she was very friendly and resolved my problem quickly. They are fast, reliable and secure. 👍

USAwesome customer service support fixing my ticket release issue Bought last minute Gametime tickets within 2 hours of show. My tickets didn't go over to my account after waiting an hour & was told seller hasn't release my tickets. Bought last minute many times before & this has never happened like this. Customer rep supported me via text and was able to find me a comparable ticket that was same price & better seating. Got me those tickets 30 minutes before the show. Thanks to the awesome teamwork!
