It is a scam It is a scam, I bought 2 tickets for an event, I received some tickets for another area that was not what I bought. and when I called them they told me that it was a problem with the system that they can only give me a credit of $200 with that I did not buy even a quarter of a ticket for that event and all this just 1 month from the event when the tickets are already sold out in that area. They do not insure your ticket. Do not buy here. You buy a ticket in one area and they send you another one. SCAM PAGE

Received an email receipt which said their fees were $110, which was 40% of the ticket price. Asked for refund and was told it was not possible and I should try to resell the ticket

I got the tickets I wanted but they… I got the tickets I wanted but they were way more than what they were listed as. Also the checkout experience was very confusing, I didn’t realize I had actually bought the tickets until I had. I never got a chance to put a promo code in. This was the worst ticket app I have used. I should’ve used Seat Geek.

Good Customer Service! The seats that I originally purchased ended up not being available from the seller for some reason. But GameTime came through and gave me a 130% credit which enabled me to purchase some good seats and left me with some credit to use towards my next purchase!

Great customer service So through the gametime app I somehow accidentally purchased 6 tickets on the wrong date. I initially chatted with someone who said I’d have my money credited back within 24 hours, I gave it 48 hours and didn’t see my money. I reached out again and was out in contact with Desa in customer service. She was able to get me a full return outside of the 24 hour policy, she was great and very helpful and without her I might have lost one thousand dollars. So thank you Desa!!
