GBGood Customer Service! The seats that I originally purchased ended up not being available from the seller for some reason. But GameTime came through and gave me a 130% credit which enabled me to purchase some good seats and left me with some credit to use towards my next purchase!

GBTickets a no show/Long refund process - Gametime has provided me with excellent access to sports events and concert tickets. The product is 5 STAR. However, a recent purchase soured my opinion, because the event tickets never arrived. - To receive a refund required a combination of texts and calls over a four day period. Eventually, the refund was processed, and I appreciate Gametime’s following through. - Ideally, to resolve immediate ticketing issues, access to a phone rep would be helpful. - The refund process was reactive. I communicated with three different reps who promised to elevate my issue, and have someone reach out. No one called. Setting realistic expectations would help. If they’re too busy to call, let people know to call back. - I’ll use the service again…but with a backup plan.

GBVERY EXPENSIVE SCAM! Virtually all of the 1-star ratings below happened to me. gametime is a scam. Their "all-in" tickets are $98.34 more than LiveNation and LiveNation tickets, including parking. Many comments from frantic customers complain that their tickets never arrived, arrived the day of, the day after, or after the event started...lord knows if I will ever receive my gametime tickets. They've been told they can't return tickets for a full cash refund - only gametime credit. Can't price match for cash difference, again, only gametime credit. THEY DO THIS INTENTIONALLY BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE SUCH A SHADY COMPANY THAT CUSTOMERS ARE EITHER STUCK WITH A gametime CREDIT & HAVE TO USE gametime AGAIN, OR BETTER YET THE CUSTOMER WILL JUST GIVE UP.

GBGreat customer service So through the gametime app I somehow accidentally purchased 6 tickets on the wrong date. I initially chatted with someone who said I’d have my money credited back within 24 hours, I gave it 48 hours and didn’t see my money. I reached out again and was out in contact with Desa in customer service. She was able to get me a full return outside of the 24 hour policy, she was great and very helpful and without her I might have lost one thousand dollars. So thank you Desa!! I hope this review finds you, you’re the best!
