Was standing next to the box office who also confirmed it was fake, and still wasn't given a refund. Refused to answer questions in a straightforward manner, and no clear resolution offered. Never again.

GBExactly what I want from a ticket app 💯 Gametime is always a very efficient experience. App is very user friendly and they also have the best prices I’ve seen for basketball games. Had to reach out to customer service and didn’t have to wait long at all. Service was very fast and immediately cleared things up for me! 100% recommend!

GBGametime Unauthorized Purchase Scam I received an unsolicited text and email on 02/10/2024 from Gametime telling me that I had just received two tickets to the Golden State Warriors vs. Phoenix Suns NBA basketball game at Chase Center. The tickets were $200 each for 100 level tickets (would typically go for well over $600 each). I had never heard of Gametime before so assumed it was a scam based on the price and the fact I was out of town. Sure enough a charge of $400 shows up on my credit card statement which I immediately flagged as fraudulent and was issued a new card. After investigation both Chase and Gametime are refusing to refund the fraudulent charge. Again, never heard of Gametime or downloaded their app.

GBMajor League Surprise - No Tickets After I Already Paid! Dislike - I ordered tickets the night before the event and still had not received them an hour and a half before the start time. When I called them, they told me they banned that seller and could offer me a refund or 130% on a new Gametime purchase. Why didn't they proactively contact me when they banned that seller after he sold me tickets and the money was already charged to my credit card? Like - the agent helped me through getting a new set of tickets 15 minutes before game time and they sent me a $44 credit afterwards to use on a future purchase

GBWe liked our seats once we got them We liked our seats once we got them, the seats sent to us were not correct and we missed the first quarter until we could get the correct seats. The help desk were great but they couldn't get a hold of the seat owners and so we had to wait until they sorted it out. I think it was true mistake and am thankful they figured it out just unfortunate we payed good money and missed part of the game.
