AUNever has a issue Don’t get those who complain about this company, I’ve used it a few times and always received my signed prints from actors. Just make sure you use the livestream signing ones since then you know the actors have signed your print. Autographs takes about a few weeks to month to arrive but always has tracking.

DEOrdered a while ago Ordered a signing back in August, there was an error on the package so it never came.Took a while to solve it but support was nice enough to refund me.

GBTerrible customer service and crazy fees I made 3 purchases over the last 2 months and the service fee went from $7.64 on an order 1 month ago and $8.26 for a second order days later for orders from the same person in the UK and then was charged a fee of $23.31 for an order from California. I also bought into the family plan scheme which charged me 9.99 and 18.95 on the same day for the 'service' and one of the services that was supposed to be part of this was free shipping which I was then charged for that too. The customer service person who replied never helped me and made me want to never do business with them ever again.

GBI'm still waiting for my signed… I'm still waiting for my signed autograph from the live talent sign on 3/03/2024. It's been a month... #P653916276 Not happy & while I enjoyed the live signing, Streamily did not provide any support for the talent--Boo! I'm not impressed by the customer service. Do better if you want repeat business.

GBMy package said it was delivered a week… My package said it was delivered a week ago, but they delivered it to the wrong post office box. I emailed streamily asking if there was anything they could do and it was pretty much just "ask your post office." I understand it is not streamily's fault the print was lost but it was an expensive item that it just gone now.
