AUNever has a issue Don’t get those who complain about this company, I’ve used it a few times and always received my signed prints from actors. Just make sure you use the livestream signing ones since then you know the actors have signed your print. Autographs takes about a few weeks to month to arrive but always has tracking.

GBAwful customer service, terrible fees, talent canceling or moving singing date at the last minute I have bought from streamily many times over the past couple of months, even bought myself a family membership thinking it would be a good investment but this site continues to disappoint me. I have a print order that for about 3 months now has not had any update and when I contacted streamily the support produces some generic line about "Our Talent Support department has actively been in contact with their team in an effort to get your print back to us as soon as possible so that we may prepare it for shipment." with no further updates that is just frustrating to hear. The service fees used to be tolerable but this past couple of months has racked up to be more than the shipping price which I just think is ludicrous. The support team response is also condescending when I asked which basically boils down to dont like the fee dont buy the print were not hiding anything and this fee is to offset costs which sounds reasonable but the response was less than stellar in my opinion. Lastly the random cancellation or date signing moving is just annoying. Had a few prints which had their date moved or cancelled with no response or updated from streamily to inform the buyer about it. Even had a couple of no shows in which the signing date is correct but no signing was done. I understand certain events may arise but atleast and update on no-shows would have been appreciated. Overall disappointing business and if it wasnt for the the convenience of the site I would quit cold turkey but the experience has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth and I would not recommend the site to most people besides those who are desperate for an exclusive print and cant attend a convention.

GBNeeds Improvement I recently purchased my first Streamily signings; there were a total of four. It has not been the best experience. 1) As I was choosing my prints, in December, I noticed that many of the descriptions for numerous signers referenced an event that had occurred last July. 2) During all four signings, each signer mentioned several times how they hadn't received certain prints. 3) One of the signers hadn't received my print. I followed up with Streamily and was told that I'll just have to wait until the Talent does another event with them. No assurance that they'd follow up with the signer, no offer of any sort of recourse, I just have to wait while having neither my print nor the money I paid for it. 4) One of the signers had their stream rescheduled twice due to none of their prints arriving in time. It's a cool service, but the company is clearly a mess. I won't be purchasing again.

GBTerrible customer service and crazy fees I made 3 purchases over the last 2 months and the service fee went from $7.64 on an order 1 month ago and $8.26 for a second order days later for orders from the same person in the UK and then was charged a fee of $23.31 for an order from California. I also bought into the family plan scheme which charged me 9.99 and 18.95 on the same day for the 'service' and one of the services that was supposed to be part of this was free shipping which I was then charged for that too. The customer service person who replied never helped me and made me want to never do business with them ever again.

CAStreamily has a customer service in… Streamily has a customer service in name only. They never respond to your requests. I mentioned that the talent did not receive my print to be signed live and have not heard from Streamily at all. Terrible company.
