CAWe hired SyncWords to provide live human captioning for our virtual Conference. SyncWords was amazing to work with throughout the planning process and on event day. Organized, knowledgeable, supportive, punctual and accurate is how I would describe the entire team. We also added-on cleaning up of the live transcripts and SyncWords did a great job with this too. GBReally good software At our church, we had a Ukrainian family come who spoke very little english. We used the automated captions and translated them live using the Syncwords software. They were able to follow live captions on a laptop, which has aided their understanding of the services. The customer support has been brilliant, in helping us to set this up. The software is easy to use and works exactly how we needed it to.
