GBSyncwords was incredibly reliable Syncwords was incredibly reliable. We had over 40 instances where captioning was required during our event. We needed it for Keynote and breakout sessions. There were times we needed Syncword Captioners, times our client was providing captioners and times we needed to do ASR captioning. GBI had a really good experience with… I had a really good experience with SyncWords and Kedar's team running a Spanish event with Portuguese translations. Kedar was very prompt responding to my emails and the team was very professional. I think the time lag between the audio and the live captions should be decreased, and we should have been told with more time in advance that we could provide a list of words in Spanish to add to the software to improve its translating performance.
