USThey said the tickets would be… They said the tickets would be transferred 2 weeks prior. It's 5 days before the concert and now they say contact them if they're not transferred 2 days from showtime while blaming the venue. This turns a stress reliving day off, into more stress.

GBNot a user-friendly service for people outside of the US I tried to join the waitlist for ticket sales but couldn't get past entering my (UK) phone number as I just got a generic, unhelpful error message. The FAQ page didn't answer the problem and I'm unwilling to fill in a long customer service form. I'm assuming UK phone numbers aren't recognised despite the system allowing you to select your country. I work in content design and this is such a basic fix. Allow different phone number formats, tell your users what the error is instead of leading them to a long FAQ page, and don't force them to fill in lots of details on a form to get an answer. You've lost a potential customer very quickly.

USEasy and Convenient I was very happy to receive advance notice about tickets going on sale for an artist I'm interested in. It made it a lot easier than having to constantly be checking the artist's website or what was happening in local venues. They also made it easy to sign up to be on the Artist Presale list. I suspect I'll go see more music as a result and not just regret having not gone when I find out too late that I missed out on tickets.

USAppreciation for Seated I recently started using Seated and love the ease of knowing when my favorite artists are in town through one easy to use channel. It is one of those things you discover and then wonder why it hasn't always existed in your life.

NZI'll never miss my favourite acts again Seated gives me confidence that I won't miss my favourite acts, especially for those more obscure acts that are not as well promoted. I am grateful that Seated alert me via text. Awesome service, thank you!
