Bands Announce Sooner on Seated Bands Announce Sooner on Seated This is a brand new company (to the SLC scene at least) and looks like a lot of bands are announcing here sooner than bandsintown. They also have a cool "auto buy" feature for presales. It's a little weird because it doesn't guarantee it'll buy it for you, if you sign up for auto-buy too late it'll let you know about an hour before pre-sale that you didn't get tickets. So it doesn't auto-buy all the presale if you forgot to sign up in time, but it did auto-buy my tickets which was cool. Seems like a relatively fair way to do it. Anyways, great company that stays well informed on upcoming events and is easy to work with.

Best customer service! Best customer service! Seriously am amazed at how great their customer service is. I've been buying tickets through them a lot over the last year and any time there is an issue, they always make an effort to resolve it as quickly as possible with the customers best interest. They always pick up the phone, are super friendly, and make every effort to make sure the customer is happy. Love seated and hope all the bands i see use them in the future!

They said the tickets would be… They said the tickets would be transferred 2 weeks prior. It's 5 days before the concert and now they say contact them if they're not transferred 2 days from showtime while blaming the venue. This turns a stress reliving day off, into more stress.

GRATEFUL GRATEFUL Seated reached me with important, actionable, time-sensitive concert information, delivered accurately, clearly, and directly so that I was able to respond immediately, and secure prime seating to a very special event featuring a major international star. It quickly sold out, and without Seated's notice I likely would have missed what was a rare opportunity to see this performance in an extraordinary setting. A solid 5 Star service.

Life's Better w/Seated! Seated gets me advance notice of Artists I support who will be appearing in my area. I've been able to get tickets to events I would not have been able to without Seated. Me likey!!
