GBBest customer service! Best customer service! Seriously am amazed at how great their customer service is. I've been buying tickets through them a lot over the last year and any time there is an issue, they always make an effort to resolve it as quickly as possible with the customers best interest. They always pick up the phone, are super friendly, and make every effort to make sure the customer is happy. Love seated and hope all the bands i see use them in the future!

GBNot a user-friendly service for people outside of the US I tried to join the waitlist for ticket sales but couldn't get past entering my (UK) phone number as I just got a generic, unhelpful error message. The FAQ page didn't answer the problem and I'm unwilling to fill in a long customer service form. I'm assuming UK phone numbers aren't recognised despite the system allowing you to select your country. I work in content design and this is such a basic fix. Allow different phone number formats, tell your users what the error is instead of leading them to a long FAQ page, and don't force them to fill in lots of details on a form to get an answer. You've lost a potential customer very quickly.

ATGreat Great, easy way to be notified about concerts in my area! One of the few apps that I would allow to send me stuff via SMS, never got anything I did not sign up for.

GBLife's Better w/Seated! Seated gets me advance notice of Artists I support who will be appearing in my area. I've been able to get tickets to events I would not have been able to without Seated. Me likey!!
