GBEasy and Convenient I was very happy to receive advance notice about tickets going on sale for an artist I'm interested in. It made it a lot easier than having to constantly be checking the artist's website or what was happening in local venues. They also made it easy to sign up to be on the Artist Presale list. I suspect I'll go see more music as a result and not just regret having not gone when I find out too late that I missed out on tickets.

GBBest customer service! Best customer service! Seriously am amazed at how great their customer service is. I've been buying tickets through them a lot over the last year and any time there is an issue, they always make an effort to resolve it as quickly as possible with the customers best interest. They always pick up the phone, are super friendly, and make every effort to make sure the customer is happy. Love seated and hope all the bands i see use them in the future!

GBLike having Your Own Ticket Agent Signed up for notifications after a recent Mandolin Orange tour date search. A few weeks later got an e-mail alert for a show near me and got tickets before it sold out. Its great when something works exactly as planned!

GBMyles not only replied extremely fast… Myles not only replied extremely fast to my email after submission, but in a kind, thoughtful and most importantly, genuine manner. Far too often I feel like support teams offer generic, pre-scripted responses. Myles answered in a way that made me feel like he genuinely cared, and actually helped ease my concerns (I worry a lot). The only thing that could've possibly been better if Myles could've given me the tickets himself, which I know was out of his power. Great support, and I really appreciate the help!
