In a time where social distancing… In a time where social distancing supplies are in short supply Epic was able to provide us with everything we needed for crowd control. Shipping was quick and as promised, all items were high quality and easy to assemble. thanks to Epic we were able to open our service department again to assist our customers. thank you.

As of tomorrow it will be a week past… As of tomorrow it will be a week past the estimated delivery date and there is still no word from the the transfer company on when they will be delivered. Epic may want to consider using someone else or coming up with a better way to forecast the ETA.

I ordered stanchions for our business I ordered stanchions for our business . Within minutes of my purchase Roxanne reached out to let me know the stanchions were on back order and to offer other products to suit my needs. I informed Roxanne I would prefer to wait for them to come in, she told me she would keep me posted as to when they are available and shipped. She did just that, defiantly went above and beyond with customer service to make sure we received our purchase.

No communication No communication. This order was "awaiting shipment on August 5. No further communication was given. When I reached out two weeks later, I was told it was on backorder and would be shipping by the end of the week. A heads up or communication would have made the whole experience so much better.
