As of tomorrow it will be a week past… As of tomorrow it will be a week past the estimated delivery date and there is still no word from the the transfer company on when they will be delivered. Epic may want to consider using someone else or coming up with a better way to forecast the ETA.

I informed Roxanne I would prefer to wait for them to come in, she told me she would keep me posted as to when they are available and shipped. She did just that, defiantly went above and beyond with customer service to make sure we received our purchase.

No communication No communication. This order was "awaiting shipment on August 5. No further communication was given. When I reached out two weeks later, I was told it was on backorder and would be shipping by the end of the week. A heads up or communication would have made the whole experience so much better.
