USProblem solved I ordered 6 stanchions however one box arrived broken with one stanchion and base missing. I emailed photographic evidence and customer service promptly responded and mailed a replacement. Well done, thank you!

I really enjoy working with Epic because if there is ever an issue with my order it is dealt with immediately. Usually you pay a premium for this kind of service but my research always brings me back to Epic from a competitive price standpoint as well. I will be tempted to not even shop my next purchase.......well,maybe not. Gotta keep them on their toes!

USI ordered stanchions for our business I ordered stanchions for our business . Within minutes of my purchase Roxanne reached out to let me know the stanchions were on back order and to offer other products to suit my needs. I informed Roxanne I would prefer to wait for them to come in, she told me she would keep me posted as to when they are available and shipped.
