No communication No communication. This order was "awaiting shipment on August 5. No further communication was given. When I reached out two weeks later, I was told it was on backorder and would be shipping by the end of the week. A heads up or communication would have made the whole experience so much better.

Problem solved I ordered 6 stanchions however one box arrived broken with one stanchion and base missing. I emailed photographic evidence and customer service promptly responded and mailed a replacement. Well done, thank you!
