GBNo communication No communication. This order was "awaiting shipment on August 5. No further communication was given. When I reached out two weeks later, I was told it was on backorder and would be shipping by the end of the week. A heads up or communication would have made the whole experience so much better.

GBI work at a historic building that… I work at a historic building that hosts weddings and lectures. We needed a stanchion and rope to compliment our beautiful, historic ballroom. I was worried about color differences w. online purchase, so i sent a picture of our space and the Epic team made an excellent recommendation of colors for the space. I gave a 4 instead of a 5 because the first rope was not sewn properly. However, they did send me another one with minimal hassle. The team members were very responsive via email.
