When I contacted you in mid-July, you said the inventory is in and the shipping will take place very soon. And now it is end of July. You should give us a discount for planned delivery a month late than originally promised. P.S.: I still have not received shipping info.

GBI worked with Greg on my order and he… I worked with Greg on my order and he was terrific. I really enjoy working with Epic because if there is ever an issue with my order it is dealt with immediately. Usually you pay a premium for this kind of service but my research always brings me back to Epic from a competitive price standpoint as well. I will be tempted to not even shop my next purchase.......well,maybe not. Gotta keep them on their toes!

GBAs of tomorrow it will be a week past… As of tomorrow it will be a week past the estimated delivery date and there is still no word from the the transfer company on when they will be delivered. Epic may want to consider using someone else or coming up with a better way to forecast the ETA.
