Great Pizza oven! Even better support! Great Pizza oven! Even better customer service. Through a little rough handling on my part I managed to break a gas line and emailed for support. The team responded fast and shipped out the replacement parts to get me back up and cooking. Thanks Carbon team!

We love our new carbon oven We love our new carbon oven. The temperature is easy to control and our pizzas have turned out great! We’ve even cooked veggies & steak in the oven. Upon ordering, shipment seemed fast but they made an error and did not ship our actual oven. We contacted Carbon and they were very fast to respond and got us the oven the next day.

Poor customer service I ordered the oven and the stand well before Christmas 2021 as gifts for my husband. The oven arrived. The stand has never come, despite promises it was coming. I was even told it shipped but somehow arrived back at your company. I was told days ago it was sent right back out but have never received any tracking information by UPS. I will never personally use or recommend your company.

Tasty pizza Oven gets incredibly hot and the reheat time between pizzas is minimal. I’ve been very happy with the oven. Would like to see the burner dials moved to the front of the oven to make temperature adjustments easier.

Still waiting on a response re: defect I have yet to hear back re: the lower burner that will not fire.
