GBA wonderful oven for Neapolitan pizza I’m. Big fan of this oven. It has so much going for it. It’s large 15 inch cooking area allows flexibility. The bottom heated floor makes the front floor by the opening nice and hot. Allowing A much more balanced bake. Accessories are all well thought out and oh high quality. Looking forward to the new stand that was just released

GBI purchased a oven from carbon earlier… I purchased a oven from carbon earlier this year, i recently had a whoopsie and damaged part of the oven. I reached out carbon for some help with a replacement part. And within a few emails we were able to figure out what i needed and was replaced from carbon for me. Great customer service!

GBPro quality! The quality and functionality of the oven is great! I had one of the original Ooni ovens and this is a whole different experience! Still experimenting with level of heat and placement, but pizzas have been already turning out pretty great.

GBDon’t waste your money!!! Took three months to receive. Customer support is timely but vague. We are pizza connoisseurs, but first try was a joke! Bottom raw, top overcooked. My husband had to take apart the oven to find there was there was a piece of packing foam in lower oven gas line. Fixed that, and it still doesn’t cook the bottom. I asked about this problem and got the dumb answer, “ turn the bottom to high and top to low.” Well, we already tried that!!! Three more tries, and still the same results. Seems like maybe this company doesn’t want to answer questions once shipped, and clearly doesn’t want to refund poorly built pizza ovens!

GBVERY poor customer service The stone if fine; customer service is a whole nother story. Ordered a replacement stone 11/26/21. Credit card immediately but stone not shipped until 12/29/21. Emailed Carbon 12/10 inquiring about status of order; did not receive reply (promising "Your order will be shipping this week)" until 12/16, but order tracker on website did not show shipping ticket even being generated until 12/29. Even making allowance for the Christmas rush and holiday closures, 40 days between billing and order fulfillment, with no updates or communication of possible delays, is simply not acceptable.
