We had issues with the bottom burner We had issues with the bottom burner. Had amazing support trying to trouble shoot what was wrong. I think our problem was more of an operator error because it started working.

Don’t waste your money!!! Took three months to receive. Customer support is timely but vague. We are pizza connoisseurs, but first try was a joke! Bottom raw, top overcooked. My husband had to take apart the oven to find there was there was a piece of packing foam in lower oven gas line. Fixed that, and it still doesn’t cook the bottom. I asked about this problem and got the dumb answer, “ turn the bottom to high and top to low.” Well, we already tried that!!! Three more tries, and still the same results. Seems like maybe this company doesn’t want to answer questions once shipped, and clearly doesn’t want to refund poorly built pizza ovens!

Fun, great quality, and easy to use! When we first made the purchase we were unsure of how often we would use the oven, but once we got the hang of it we realized it's so versatile and as easy as using your standard grill! I can't wait for the weather to warm up to use it every night! The build and quality is top notch and looks very handsome in our backyard. Awesome oven!

I cannot say enough good about the… I cannot say enough good about the customer service at Cook With Carbon. I've had a couple little setbacks with my purchase. Minor things that I knew can be easily taken care of and once again Brandon and Scott did the right thing and made things right. It's great to have such professional support behind an amazing product. I love my Cook With Carbon Pizza Oven!

Poor customer service I ordered the oven and the stand well before Christmas 2021 as gifts for my husband. The oven arrived. The stand has never come, despite promises it was coming. I was even told it shipped but somehow arrived back at your company. I was told days ago it was sent right back out but have never received any tracking information by UPS. I will never personally use or recommend your company.
