VERY poor customer service The stone if fine; customer service is a whole nother story. Ordered a replacement stone 11/26/21. Credit card immediately but stone not shipped until 12/29/21. Emailed Carbon 12/10 inquiring about status of order; did not receive reply (promising "Your order will be shipping this week)" until 12/16, but order tracker on website did not show shipping ticket even being generated until 12/29. Even making allowance for the Christmas rush and holiday closures, 40 days between billing and order fulfillment, with no updates or communication of possible delays, is simply not acceptable.

Don’t waste your money!!! Took three months to receive. Customer support is timely but vague. We are pizza connoisseurs, but first try was a joke! Bottom raw, top overcooked. My husband had to take apart the oven to find there was there was a piece of packing foam in lower oven gas line. Fixed that, and it still doesn’t cook the bottom. I asked about this problem and got the dumb answer, “ turn the bottom to high and top to low.” Well, we already tried that!!! Three more tries, and still the same results. Seems like maybe this company doesn’t want to answer questions once shipped, and clearly doesn’t want to refund poorly built pizza ovens!

Fun, great quality, and easy to use! When we first made the purchase we were unsure of how often we would use the oven, but once we got the hang of it we realized it's so versatile and as easy as using your standard grill! I can't wait for the weather to warm up to use it every night! The build and quality is top notch and looks very handsome in our backyard. Awesome oven!

Pro quality! The quality and functionality of the oven is great! I had one of the original Ooni ovens and this is a whole different experience! Still experimenting with level of heat and placement, but pizzas have been already turning out pretty great.

The over modern design of the Carbon is… The over modern design of the Carbon is what sold me, and the top and bottom heat. Unfortunately, since it does not have a door on the front, the weather conditions need to be perfect to use it. We have the oven with stand on a covered deck at the Jersey Shore. I have a cover on the oven. Only a couple months old and the pain is bubbling and chipping on the table. The oven is a little hard to clean out with the brush. If it is windy day or cold, it will not cook the pizza to achieve the crunch. We used it fourth of July weekend, and it was an 80 degree night with no wind. So, it worked better. But if it had a door with a window, we would have better results.
