ITSo far so good! I'm not even half way through the course yet, but I can feel I have got much stronger in poses I could already do and have made progress in those I couldn't. I've been practicing handstand by the wall for years, but yesterday held it away for a good 10s - and that's before I've even got to the handstand module! Enjoying the bonus classes (particularly the Yin ones) too. Thanks!

ATReally learn how it's done and have fun doing it I learned so much over the last half a year that I didn't learn anywhere else and it really made a difference. The second thing I like so much is the attitude and spirit of Nathania, it's just so much fun doing the workshops.

GBA Powerful New Approach to Conquering Difficult Poses Yogi Flight School is different than other methods of teaching you encounter in most studios and on the internet. YFS teaches the "mental" aspect as well as deconstructing the pose so you understand the mechanics. It's not "just do a, b and c." It's understanding fear and why we have it and how to overcome it. It's teaching the body mechanics, the physics, the learning curve, the baby steps, and ta-da....the beautifully executed pose. Nathania is wildly adorable and so passionate about helping others achieve success in YFS. She knows how it translates into success in other parts of your life. Her Instructors are all superb teachers and practitioners, but Nathania is a powerhouse of super-charged energy and demands more of herself in order to help all of us succeed.

GBAmazing teachers I have been practicing yoga for several years (still a beginner!) and have never considered myself capable of performing these balances - telling myself the lies that I am too weak, imbalanced. Once I was able to unlock one balance for a second or two, it motivated me to try more. But the most important thing I am learning from this amazing teacher(s) and group is how to be confident in my own body and mind. This has extended to all parts of my life for which I am most grateful. Thank you!
