YFS blew my mind (in a good way) I bought YFS self-study program with zero expectations. It was mainly because I love exercising and trying new things and just out of curiosity. I was amazed of the content, such a wide variety of yoga stuff, guidance and community. And yes, in only few weeks I was able to do arm balances (couldn’t do any when I started) The YFS leader, Nathania, is an excellent coach and funny and authentic. The YFS may seem a bit pricey, but the fact it’s life-long and the quality is wide and amazing, I haven’t thought about the price after I started. I highly recommend!
