The only issue I have is with quality control and shipping - I often receive damaged items in transit because they are either not packaged properly or are thrown around by the carrier.

Arrived in very quick time Arrived in very quick time. The A2 has exceeded my expectations. Easy to set up except for the straps. The springs are more expensive beds. Easy to fold up and pack away.

It arrived three weeks after placing… It arrived three weeks after placing the order, but upon receipt, the wooden box packaging was already crushed and broken, but the body of the machine was not broken, but the edges of one of the boxes were crushed and deformed. Customer service responded quickly and promised to send me a replacement. I think I would have given a higher rating if the wooden box packaging had not been warped and the shipping had been a little faster.
