It really far exceeded my expectations, I didn't think I could get something so beautiful for such a low price, but it did. I've been working out with it for a week now and I think I'm addicted. It would be nice if you offered installation. It took me a little while to get it installed, but luckily the customer service people were patient and guided me.

It’s compact, pretty to look at, and great for both challenging workouts and slower recovery days. 5/5 recommend for every Pilates lover!

With the wood reformer that arrived… With the wood reformer that arrived well. I have ordered a ivory reformer but instead I received a black reformer. I asked for a new replacement, but the delivery time was a bit long. Apparently they cannot do much about it.... I find that customer service a little weak.
