The quality of the trainer is really… The quality of the trainer is really outstanding! I was looking for a piece of equipment that would work for me, and their trainers have met my needs perfectly. The stability and comfort of the equipment makes it easy for me to workout at home and has helped me improve my flexibility. Their sales team was very patient and answered my questions in a timely manner, top notch service!

Exceeded expectations but I can only give 4 stars. I have been receiving and using this reformer for over a month now, and at the time I received it, I was very shocked by its texture and appearance. But right after that I realized that the trainer did not come with an installation manual. To his credit though, Eric was very patient in showing me how to install it. But I can only give it 4 stars, I think I would have given it 5 stars if there was an installation manual or a detailed installation video and movement training video.

I spent at least three months… I spent at least three months researching and planning my purchase and finally chose this great Cadillac for the money. When I received it, the accessories and core structure were intact except for a small tear in the wood crate packaging. After assembling it, I couldn't help but marvel at the fact that I had made a very good choice.

It really far exceeded my expectations, I didn't think I could get something so beautiful for such a low price, but it did. I've been working out with it for a week now and I think I'm addicted. It would be nice if you offered installation. It took me a little while to get it installed, but luckily the customer service people were patient and guided me.

I live in a small apartment and the A2… I live in a small apartment and the A2 reformer could not be more perfect for getting in great workout in my small space! It’s compact, pretty to look at, and great for both challenging workouts and slower recovery days. 5/5 recommend for every Pilates lover!
