BAD EXPERIENCE IN THE PAST WITH THIS… BAD EXPERIENCE IN THE PAST WITH THIS WEBSITE. PLUS WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUES, THE CUSTOMSER SERVICE IS EVEN WORST! CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE.. EVER!! ALSO, IF YOU TRY TO EMAIL CUSTOMER SUPPORT, ITS LIKE EMAILING NO ONE BECAUSE NO MATTER THE ISSUES, ITS ALWAYS THE SAME REPLY. SMH >:( HOPEFULLY THIS TIME AROUND, IT WILL BE BETTER.

Great/Big problem Had no problem receiving one set of tickets. Tickets in mobile account within minutes. Other ticket major problem unable to download ticket. Live chat no help. Only because had problem before did i know that I could pickup ticket at box office

Me VS. Technology they owed me money for a cancelled show(COVID!!!) I was able to apply it towards tickets for another show, they were very helpful. Site was easy to navigate, which is good because i'm old and not very tech savvy. Very pleased with the entire transaction, 2 thumbs up!

Customer Service Upgraded 100% since Spring 2020! I am writing this review to say that TicketOffices.com has upgraded their customer service department substantially since 2020. Back then, we were put on hold for what seemed like hours! Today I was able to get my question resolved quickly and easily with a text link sent to my cell phone. This was so much better than it was way back in 2020! In 2019 we bought tickets for a May 2020 show. The 2020 show was canceled due to Covid. TicketOffices.com has honored these tickets, and the show will be presented in May 2022.

TWO YEAR DELAY IN REFUND??? After a TWO YEAR delay of the Jerry Seinfeld show, TicketOffices has been telling us for two years that this show is NOT cancelled. Then, we get a cancellation notice from Ticketmaster that is has been cancelled and TicketOffices is STILL telling us not cancelled. We will probably have to engage with an attorney to get our money back. SHAME on TicketMaster for forwarding this ticket sale to a third party - which we were not aware of until recently digging into this mess. Not Happy!
