GBI bought concert tickets last year I bought concert tickets last year for a concert and it got rescheduled for this year, I could not find my email to see the tickets so I emailed them and they resent my email with my tickets and confirmation number. Prompt service! I was nervous I had lost the tickets or they tried to refund them but I never saw it.

GBHad a Baroness concert I was going to… Had a Baroness concert I was going to back in May 2020 however due to COVID it was canceled. They gave me 120% of the ticket cost back to me as a credit and am now utilizing it for another concert. I'm very happy about that.

GBBAD EXPERIENCE IN THE PAST WITH THIS… BAD EXPERIENCE IN THE PAST WITH THIS WEBSITE. PLUS WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUES, THE CUSTOMSER SERVICE IS EVEN WORST! CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE.. EVER!! ALSO, IF YOU TRY TO EMAIL CUSTOMER SUPPORT, ITS LIKE EMAILING NO ONE BECAUSE NO MATTER THE ISSUES, ITS ALWAYS THE SAME REPLY. SMH >:( HOPEFULLY THIS TIME AROUND, IT WILL BE BETTER.

GBExcellent customer support Received full credit for pandemic related cancellation of an event. Followed up two years later to apply the credit towards another event. Support person ( Menchie T.) was very patient and helpful getting us our choice tickets with minimal wait and no hold time. This surpassed expectations. Thank you.
