Beware of service charges The prices are not the cheapest and service charges are pretty high and there is no disclosure until final purchase. Would like to have seen it upfront before going into the order pages

Scam Scam, do not buy. Cannot get refund, tiny text shows huge increase on ticket price. Worst mistake I ever made purchasing online tickets.

Customer Service Upgraded 100% since Spring 2020! I am writing this review to say that TicketOffices.com has upgraded their customer service department substantially since 2020. Back then, we were put on hold for what seemed like hours! Today I was able to get my question resolved quickly and easily with a text link sent to my cell phone. This was so much better than it was way back in 2020! In 2019 we bought tickets for a May 2020 show. The 2020 show was canceled due to Covid. TicketOffices.com has honored these tickets, and the show will be presented in May 2022.

Had a Baroness concert I was going to… Had a Baroness concert I was going to back in May 2020 however due to COVID it was canceled. They gave me 120% of the ticket cost back to me as a credit and am now utilizing it for another concert. I'm very happy about that.

Paying for services Buying tickets and then being charged a service fee. I've tried buying tickets for this event 6 times through different websites (this website twice). So not only am I being charged a service fee, ticket prices have gone up since my original purchase date. Would have been 1 star if I was ranking all of the ticket buying websites.
