CAWould give them a zero but that's not… Happy to report that we got our refund on Friday. Not sure who to thank as a number of organizations were involved. Went to our BMO Mastercard, Facebook and Trustpilot so thank-you. Would give them a zero but that's not an option. DO NOT BOOK TICKETS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION!! No response calling them, emailing or using their "chat". Concert was to be held in March 2020, rescheduled three times and now "postponed". We want our money back!!!!!! No response ever on their end!!

USHad a Baroness concert I was going to… Had a Baroness concert I was going to back in May 2020 however due to COVID it was canceled. They gave me 120% of the ticket cost back to me as a credit and am now utilizing it for another concert. I'm very happy about that.

USI bought concert tickets last year I bought concert tickets last year for a concert and it got rescheduled for this year, I could not find my email to see the tickets so I emailed them and they resent my email with my tickets and confirmation number. Prompt service! I was nervous I had lost the tickets or they tried to refund them but I never saw it.

USMy only complaint is the exorbitant service charge Purchasing the ticket through Ticketoffices.com was professional and convienent. My only complaint is the exorbitant service charge to process this ticket purchase. And then, on top of this service charge, there is a ticket protection fee. What's next? A good humor fee?
