TWO YEAR DELAY IN REFUND??? After a TWO YEAR delay of the Jerry Seinfeld show, TicketOffices has been telling us for two years that this show is NOT cancelled. Then, we get a cancellation notice from Ticketmaster that is has been cancelled and TicketOffices is STILL telling us not cancelled. We will probably have to engage with an attorney to get our money back. SHAME on TicketMaster for forwarding this ticket sale to a third party - which we were not aware of until recently digging into this mess. Not Happy!

Scam Scam, do not buy. Cannot get refund, tiny text shows huge increase on ticket price. Worst mistake I ever made purchasing online tickets.

Had a Baroness concert I was going to… Had a Baroness concert I was going to back in May 2020 however due to COVID it was canceled. They gave me 120% of the ticket cost back to me as a credit and am now utilizing it for another concert. I'm very happy about that.

I purchased 2 tickets through… I purchased 2 tickets through Ticketsoffice.com for the Celine Dion concert at the Moda Center/Portland Oregon in 2019. It was rescheduled twice. Then cancelled. I cannot reach anyone through emails or the phone numbers they provide. How can I get my refund?
