Had a Baroness concert I was going to… Had a Baroness concert I was going to back in May 2020 however due to COVID it was canceled. They gave me 120% of the ticket cost back to me as a credit and am now utilizing it for another concert. I'm very happy about that.

SCAMed - Double the Price Complete Scam, realized after I purchased the tickets that they are selling the tickets at almost double the price as TicketMaster. I paid $390 for two tickets to an event through TicketOffices.org, on Ticketmaster the same tickets out the door were nearly half the price. Of course, all sales are final and there is nothing I can do. This business should be illegal, and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage /scamming people for doing zero work.

I bought concert tickets last year I bought concert tickets last year for a concert and it got rescheduled for this year, I could not find my email to see the tickets so I emailed them and they resent my email with my tickets and confirmation number. Prompt service! I was nervous I had lost the tickets or they tried to refund them but I never saw it.

Great customer service She was great , very helpful, I was worried about my refund from BTS concert cancellation, she made it easy and was able to get another venue, thank you so much. Keep up the great work.
