A wonderful experience! The online experience was very easy. The service at the concert was amazing! We were treated in a very sincere and special way. It was a magical night from beginning to end! The only somewhat negative, was that the venue was difficult to find. More information about how to find the unique location would be helpful.

Great experience! Great experience! Finding and buying tickets for an event I was interested in was easy and efficient. I didn't realize I was supposed to print my ticket, which I didn't do before I arrived in Vienna. But the people at the event were accommodating so it was no problem! Really enjoyed the concert. I would use Viennaconcerts.com again!

Never again! Super over-priced ticket fo a rubbish seat. I felt cheated. The re-sellers at the entrance maybe a better option. Not worth it at all. The story does not end here as the experience at the Opera was awful because some of the staff were terribly nasty and arrogant. I wish I could talk to the manager. Never again!.

The show was wonderful but had to (in addition to the packaged cost) pay for beverages. The show was wonderful, the food was great but very small helpings, but the drinks (to include water) were not included in the meal price. I had wished that I would've known about the added cost of the drinks- especially that I would be paying more than 5 Euro for a bottle of water. I would attend in the future but I would upgrade my meal for a better experience.

We’d bought tickets online and… We’d bought tickets online and collected them at the venue on the evening of the performance . This was easy and straightforward. The actual concert was amazing - the venue is great and the performances of everyone was so professional. The underground back to our hotel was easy as well Vienna is without doubt a beautiful City and we enjoyed everything it had to offer - museums, Christmas markets, coffee / tea houses, the fair and Ferris wheel, ice skating, transportation, and food and drink very well priced. Can’t wait to return
