Bit more attention to detail and would be 5 stars Easy to use website with good information about the sort of performance you are booking. Confirmation arrived promptly and electronically. On the evening the arrangements seemed a little amateur eg allocation of an actual seat and while drinks at the interval were mentioned these had to be paid for. The invitation to comment comes with a "20 euro" gift voucher but mine actually says it's for 10 euros. For an extra few euros on the ticket price a glass of fizz in the interval could be included, and the front of house team on the night needs a little more training/support.

Never again! Super over-priced ticket fo a rubbish seat. I felt cheated. The re-sellers at the entrance maybe a better option. Not worth it at all. The story does not end here as the experience at the Opera was awful because some of the staff were terribly nasty and arrogant. I wish I could talk to the manager. Never again!.

Two splendid evenings... We experienced two evenings with Vienna Concerts on a recent trip to Austria, once in Salzburg and once in Vienna. On both evenings, we were well looked after and the meal was most enjoyable but it was the music which made the evenings special. This is particularly so with the Mozart concert in Salzburg.

The expectation was very high ..... The expectation was very high for what the concert really was. I spent the past September 19 listening to the interpretation of "The Four Seasons" by Antonio Vivaldi and there was not a single minute in which the orchestra was tuned. Mainly, the first violin. He never tuned. And well, being a concert in the city of Vienna, the least one expects is a tuned orchestra. Very bad the concert.

Royal Orchestra Venue Deception While order and getting our seat was easy enough. The advertised event was far from what we actually experienced. We went and saw the Vienna Royal Orchestra. All advertisement was that the venue was supposed to be in the House of Industry or Niederoesterreich Palace.; however, after getting our tickets and arriving at the address it turns out the venue is now a school gymnasium (I wish I was making this up). While the quality of performance was decent, it doesn't nearly make up for the 59 euro/person we paid based on the website images. Will be contacting for any reconciliation. Have another concert tomorrow....cant be worse can it?
