May not have understood it but thoroughly enjoyed it Had never been to a classical concert before - so while in Vienna I thought why not. I was captivated by the location and enthralled by the music. The time just flew by. Yes I possibly didn't fully understand Vivaldi's Four Seasons but boy did I enjoy it.

Vienna Concerts May 2019 During my visit to Vienna in May 2019, I registered for 3 concerts through ViennaConcerts.com. All were first rate. Each had a unique setting/venue that only added to the quality and atmosphere of the performances. If you have the opportunity, be sure to see Mozart’s Requiem at Karl’s Kirche.

Misrepresentation I went to the Mozart house concert. The music was good - but it was not in Mozart's house! The entire purpose of the concert was the ornate decorations and history of the venue. Instead, we were in an abhorrently decorated modern room where they didn't even bother to unwrinkle the carpet the musicians were playing on. I have no recollection of them telling me it wasn't in the normal venue before purchasing - if they did, they must have sneaked it in somewhere where the customer doesn't see it. Awful rip-off, praying on tourists. It was hard to even enjoy the musicians when I was so disappointed I had fallen for their ploy like a shmuck - and then they have the audacity to charge for water in their swelteringly hot modern building that despite it's being at least fifty times younger than the actual building, does not have air conditioning. Better to call ahead and double-check everything before dealing with this vendor.

Worked exactly as advertised, no issues at all. Concert was exactly as described, correct time, correct date, correct place. Ordered tickets, printed out the receipt that was e-mailed to me a few minutes later, took it with me to Europe, showed it to the ticket counter at the concert hall in Salzburg and was assigned a seat immediately.

Royal Orchestra Venue Deception While order and getting our seat was easy enough. The advertised event was far from what we actually experienced. We went and saw the Vienna Royal Orchestra. All advertisement was that the venue was supposed to be in the House of Industry or Niederoesterreich Palace.; however, after getting our tickets and arriving at the address it turns out the venue is now a school gymnasium (I wish I was making this up). While the quality of performance was decent, it doesn't nearly make up for the 59 euro/person we paid based on the website images. Will be contacting for any reconciliation. Have another concert tomorrow....cant be worse can it?
