We Got To See The Hours After All Well we got to see The Hours at The Met after all but the overall experience was odd. On 12/1, I got a call from Jeff who said they would give us tickets in row U of the Orchestra for the same price as the uppermost tickets we had paid for and could I please redo my one star review. He wanted me to do it right then! I said no, get me the tickets and then I’d consider it. We got tickets but they had no Met Opera identification on them so we had low expectations. But Hallelujah, they were indeed legit and we enjoyed the show. So if you don’t mind an odd experience, sure, use these folks.

Deceitful second class business This is honestly the first bad review I have ever written since I'm not normally a complainer, but what I have been put through by eticketboxoffice.com is down right wrong. After spending $1900 last year as a X-mas gift for my wife for tickets to see Andre Bocelli, the April 20th event @ the MET was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. On April 6th I received an email saying I would get my refund within 30 days so on April 20th I called Eticketboxoffice and the office said I would have to write an email to request a refund which I did. The next day a reply came back saying no refunds due to the Pandemic and the called the Force Majeure card on me saying I can get a voucher for a future event. I do not want to see a future event I want to see Andre and besides I'm fourloughed from my job due to the COVID-19 crisis so why should I have to float this money to this large company I could use it to pay off my CC debt. My wife bought tickets through Ticketmaster and her event was canceled also because of COVID-19 and she got a full refund. I even talked to the supervisor and he said if they gave everyone a refund they would be out of business. Frankly this is not my problem. I paid for a service(concert) that I did not get so they need to do the right thing and refund people's money. If I learned anything from this disaster, do not go through a deceitful, second class business. They should be ashamed of themselves to treat people they way they are under the circumstances when many other companies are helping those in need.

Appalling service Appalling service, I wish I'd never used them. I've booked a ticket for the NY Met for 6th October and fully paid on the 29th August. The email states tickets will be ready on Aug 30, 2022. Today is 26th September and still no ticket. I asked the customer service and was told I would just have to wait, why when they already have my money? I totally resent paying $257 to these people and have nothing to show for it. I travel to the US next week and will not have access to a printer so even if they do send a ticket, which I doubt, how will I print it? I definitely won't use them again.

Totally fraud Totally fraud! They're reselling tickets for events at a bloated price. They also don't seem to send the tickets to people half the time anyway. Don't buy tickets form them!
