GBMETROPOLITAN OPERA SCAM. We paid over $600 for two premium… We paid over $600 for two premium tickets to see La Traviata at the Metropolitan Opera last week. Thankfully my husband insisted they email the tickets early because we were flying and he insists on having things printed out. Tickets arrived and they were the back row Orchestra...I looked it up and these are $97 tickets. I called and was referred to someone else who would only communicate via email. I was offered credit but no refund. Thankfully American Express fraud department took care of it and we were able to purchase proper tickets from the Met site. They APPEAR TO BE THE MET SITE WHEN YOU SEARCH FOR TICKETS. I spoke to representatives from the Met office who are aware of this scam...in response to the response below, we did NOT CHOOSE TO SIT IN THE BACK ROW FOR $300 A TICKET. American Express has refunded the money you attempted to steal from us. Thanks.

GBFirst they check your LinkedIn...what are they looking for? Don't use them. Before they responded to my email to cancel my tickets, they checked my linkedin profile. That's certainly raised eyebrows amongst people. Not sure if they do that to everyone, or just select "certain" individuals. Then they won't honor the ticket available date under the IMPORTANT NOTE on the website, instead saying it will be released only prior to the start of the show. They say that's in the Terms of Service, which funnily enough, aren't readable after you buy the tickets. The phone support said they're just a call service, and can't do anything but email the company.

GBBad experience with online process; saved by a human. My experience with the online process was horrible. My subsequent experience on the phone with Liza was wonderful. I used the online platform to buy two opera tickets, and I paid for two (they were not together and were different prices). I later got an email saying I bought the tickets twice--not sure how THAT happened, but it was a BIG MISTAKE and I will not use the online service ever again. By the time I went back online (next day) to choose new tickets, they had doubled in price! This is unacceptable. Plus I couldn't figure out how to apply a credit from the other two tickets I had purchased then lost. I called directly and Liza was able to help tremendously; otherwise I was planning just to cancel and dispute the charges. This is NOT a good platform!

GBTotally fraud Totally fraud! They're reselling tickets for events at a bloated price. They also don't seem to send the tickets to people half the time anyway. Don't buy tickets form them!

GBDo not use this company to purchase tickets After purchasing 7 tickets from this awful company I cannot recommend anyone uses them. In fact only use them if you want to buy over priced tickets and then be charged 45% the cost of the tickets to cancel an order months in advance of an event. I have no idea how companies like this stay in business.
