GBMade in China No where in any description or other statements is the fact that these swing sets are manufactured in China. Aside from the reputation of China using toxic chemicals in consumer products, I try to by American made products wherever possible. As my grandchildren would be using this product manufactured in a country that has no care for quality or safety of the consumer, I must now rethink what my options are. Eastern Jungle Gym's excuse of using low priced and available source materials is unacceptable without disclosure.

IEAfter care Customer Support Awful The kids love what they have now but kids are Kids. The instructions gave 8 hours to assemble took me two days 4 hours to make out the instructions and work out the screws and timber. Timber quantities outlined in the instructions were not what i was given and now that i am asking them to send me the additional wood they want me to pay the shipping costs. What's very confusing is that depending if the wood on 9cm or 9.5 cm wood get different quantities. The instructions have two different designs in them to add to the confusion and the measurements at times are left to ur own discretion. In all would not recommend as difficulty is to high unless you have wood work skills. And customer care in none existent. I guess there is a reason they are cheaper than others not always best to go with cheaper option. i get the service u pay for. but very very disappointing

GBNot all hardware arrived! Required a trip to the hardware store to re-purchase "included" materials. I received my box yesterday and it was severely damaged in shipment. The way it was packaged was incredibly poor and none of the bags of the hardware were sealed, so the bolts, nuts, and washers roaming free in the box. Since the contents of the box are very heavy and have sharp edges, I would assume that a more heavy duty box would've been used. The contents inside were responsible for the 2 holes in the box, which resulted in me having to go to the hardware store to re-purchase half of the hardware required to assemble my swing-set. Such a huge disappointment!

GBNo inztructions included in the box - resulting in incorrect installation After removing all of the parts from the box,, I did not see any instructions on how to install the chains. The only holes I saw - and there were four of them were on the one side of the tire. I installed the chain mountings in three of the four holes - which were drain holes. Now I have to remove the nuts - which are locktite nuts - and reinstall the chains. I would appreciate Eastern sending me some replacement nuts.
