Mixed experience. Parts arrived intact. Good quality. Zip lock bag of one of the bolts and nuts broken and pieces loose in box. Written instructions on individual assembly of pieces on the beam. A checked packing list would have been very helpful. Had to call for missing bag of bracket hardware. Customer service very helpful. Had to separate order hardware for beam assembly of tire swing, glider, slings as required. (extra $199)

Good, not great ladder, no instructions The ladder was sturdy but had a notable split in the longest piece of wood. I was able to repair it with no concerns. It also arrived with no instructions. It is not complicated to install, but instructions would've made it a little quicker. With that being said, it looks great and is very sturdy. I am 230lbs and stood on the bottom step with no fear of it giving out.

Shipment Paid extra for shipping , still waiting for item. Waste of money for shipment.

Happy customer! So happy with the nomad play tower for our small garden. Delivery was quick and efficient. I was a bit intimidated before constructing it, but it was a great project, and straightforward provided you follow the guide and recommended tools to the tee. Our 2yo is absolutely delighted with it (as are we!) - it will provide years of entertainment for many years.

Made in China No where in any description or other statements is the fact that these swing sets are manufactured in China. Aside from the reputation of China using toxic chemicals in consumer products, I try to by American made products wherever possible. As my grandchildren would be using this product manufactured in a country that has no care for quality or safety of the consumer, I must now rethink what my options are. Eastern Jungle Gym's excuse of using low priced and available source materials is unacceptable without disclosure.
