Great Transaction Ordering was easy, although the suggested add-ons on the website missed an important item (stakes for swingset legs). I made this suggestion and EJG was appreciative, sending me the stakes in a second package with no associated shipping fee. Adam at EJG was helpful in answering my question about modifying specs for a child's swing set into an adult version (e.g., longer legs). Shipping was very expedient!

Missing Hardware I ordered two sets of 41" monkey bars for a playground set I'm building. The bars arrived as scheduled, but the packages were totally demolished. One of the bars had a small dent and unfortunately Eastern Jungle Gym didn't include enough hardware (screws) to attach the bars. One box didn't have any hardware at all and the other box contained only enough hardware for 6 bars instead of 8. Very disappointing since the website said the order included the necessary hardware. I will say the bars seem to be pretty decent quality but the gauge of the metal is a bit thin. A thicker gauge would be better.

DO NOT buy unless you are a carpenter. I ordered a swing set and tower for almost £700, I waited 7 weeks for delivery when the website said it would be 2 weeks! On the day the set was due for delivery two guys turned up and dumped a load of timber on my drive and two boxes. The instructions are shocking, the images of how a part should look once it is assembled looks nothing like the finished article. I should of know when I saw that one of the items you need for construction is a saw! Why? Surely all the items are made to measure.. That was my first mistake, nothing fitted as it should and had to be cut to fit, the boards were not pre-drilled something I have never experienced and on the subject of the boards most if not all had splits in them and were warped. Two days later and its up. I am sure our Grandchildren will love it but quite frankly it looks awful. DO NOT buy this unless you have good carpentry skills as you will not be able to assemble it.

Good, not great ladder, no instructions The ladder was sturdy but had a notable split in the longest piece of wood. I was able to repair it with no concerns. It also arrived with no instructions. It is not complicated to install, but instructions would've made it a little quicker. With that being said, it looks great and is very sturdy. I am 230lbs and stood on the bottom step with no fear of it giving out.

Ok if fit right I had to use them because my kids were ready to swing. But the sides were concave making it extremely difficult to put 4x6 in. The steel actually split once in so far. I sanded down the 4x6 prior also. Overall great idea but needs some quality control to make sure fit is correct.
