Excellent Product I've built a number of yard swings for myself and family members and have tried various methods of connecting the main beam and the legs. Most of my early versions needed extra braces. These swing brackets not only simplified the construction, it also improved the strength and safety. I would rate these as a major improvement over my own designs. They are strong and simple.

Great Transaction Ordering was easy, although the suggested add-ons on the website missed an important item (stakes for swingset legs). I made this suggestion and EJG was appreciative, sending me the stakes in a second package with no associated shipping fee. Adam at EJG was helpful in answering my question about modifying specs for a child's swing set into an adult version (e.g., longer legs). Shipping was very expedient!

A little disappointed, but the kids are happy Instructions are horrible, they're black and white and basically like a photo copy. A lot of typos, there were part numbers that didn't even exist. Had the add on wood roof and add on bottom clubhouse. There were no instructions for either. I had them email to me. And printed them out, in color. Which made it a lot easier to follow. A lot of the wood was warped. Roof supports didn't line up correctly, so the cap doesn't sit that well. It was delivered in like 9 boxes on a flatbed, 2 guys with a small hand cart that was about 1/4 the size of some of the boxes. And I had 2 roof pieces come cracked. I called up and they said we'll send them to you no charge but we'll need a cc# to charge you $20 shipping. Really!?! I spend $6,000 on a wood swing set with warped wood, bad instructions, missing instructions,missing bolts..... Forget it, you got enough of my money, I had to glue and clamp with construction adhesive. All said and done, it is an impressive set and my kids love it, but I'm not too sure if I would recommend this brand. Which after seeing ours, we have some family and neighbors who are thinking of making the investment on one of their own.

No inztructions included in the box - resulting in incorrect installation After removing all of the parts from the box,, I did not see any instructions on how to install the chains. The only holes I saw - and there were four of them were on the one side of the tire. I installed the chain mountings in three of the four holes - which were drain holes. Now I have to remove the nuts - which are locktite nuts - and reinstall the chains. I would appreciate Eastern sending me some replacement nuts.

Shipment Paid extra for shipping , still waiting for item. Waste of money for shipment.
