Great experience so far. I just recently bought Usher concert tickets for the Toronto show in September 2024 through StubHub, and without realizing it, I bought them 1 week before presale to the general population. My tickets costed half the price as seen on the Ticketmaster site now. About 20 minutes after purchase, I received my ticket in my MLSE/Scotiabank arena app. But naturally, I panicked and called up Ticketmaster who were able to confirm that my tickets are legit (it even has a rolling bar code). Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones? But my experience with StubHub has been great so far.

Got tickets to real madrid game against… Got tickets to real madrid game against bilbao. Got the tickets without problems but the price was 3x. Another thing was that the mentioned price was 179€ and after selecting and filling all required details, price suddenly included some fees, and the total went up to 259€ per ticket.

FRAUDULENT WEBSITE!! FRAUDULENT WEBSITE!!! Use another vendor! They sell tickets, stating they are certain sections rows and seating, while they are not the tickets as described. They will charge you higher prices for better seats, better sections, front row and then give you basic general admission. They are third party and don't care about customer service. Just take your money and run. Will not do any sort or return and even discuss this option. You have to manage yourself re-listing them to be sold on their platform, hoping you get your money back, as if that's our job. I'm just a customer, why am I having to re-list tickets because your company commits fraud?! Considering contacting my attorney over it.

O stars would a better review O stars would a better review! I purchased tickets to a Grand Ole Opry show in Nashville, Tennessee. All went well until I got to the show and was told the tickets where not good for the show I purchase. I got on the customer chat and all they could say was sorry and offered a 25% discount on a future event. I was not pleased with that response and they said I could return the tickets for a full refund. My spouse and I drove 301 miles to attend show. Then after I was blown off in the chat (terminated chat) by a time out. I just quit. Then I went on to my account with Stubhub to check on the 25% off discount a couple days later, only to find out the offered had expired the very next day after event. Will never use Stubhub ever again!

Beware! Beware!! This company is a criminal organization. StubHub scammed us badly. We flew from Toronto to Mexico City to see Madonna. Tickets they sent were invalid despite me calling them the day-of the concert to ensure their validity. We were turned away at the gate, along with hundreds of others who also purchased from StubHub and Viagogo (sister companies). Heartbreaking for us and thousands of dollars wasted in expenses to travel there. Don’t get scammed like we did.
