NLAdded value low, costs extremely high Being in the US we wanted to have tickets for baseball. We found the website being ranked high when searching. 1. The company charged app. USD 50 for their "service". This added 30% to the price. 2. We found out after ordering. 3. We entered our address in our home country. We received an email tickets could be downloaded with their app. We had to go online using roaming, resulting in additional costs of app USD 45. The company could have known we would not be able to download the app in advance but no (clear) message was given. 4. The app was not available in our country so it was not possible to download the tickets. 5. Therefore, we had to waste time sorting this out at the stadium. We were afraid we would not make the game in time, which was quite stressful esp. for our kid. Conclusion. Even though the ordering experience is quite smooth, the added value offered is mediocre, the costs are just ridiculous and no information was given about the costs (clearly) in advance. Avoid this company if possible and save your money for some hot dogs and a drink. Based on the reasons above we hope the company would be prepared to compensate us.

GBSingle worst customer experience of recent memory I'm having the single worst customer experience in recent memory with Stubhub. Have been attempting to relist tickets that I ORIGINALLY BOUGHT ON STUBHUB and am caught in a web of their broken website links which do not allow me to resell the tickets. Over two hours of hilariously bad customer service calls have been unable to fix the issues. Guess I will have to eat the $400 tickets. Buyer beware - do not assume you'll be able to resell your tickets if your plans change!

GBOrder Tickets and Receive a wrong ones I ordered tickets for one section, and I received a totally different section that was a very bad area, and they never take care about credit, refund or exchanging. Very disappointed about this on-line company StubHub.com

GBI recently sold several tickets on STubhub and got ripped off I recently sold several tickets on Stubhub. One of the sales the buyer failed to provide a delivery address until the day of the actual event (Texas Eclipse). Stubhub expected me to hand deliver to buyer (60 miles away). When I was already at the event (which you cannot leave and return). Informing Stubhub of this, they cancelled the sale and charged me a cancellation fee of roughly 60%. Not only did I have to eat the tickets, but this added insult to injury. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER sell on Stubhub if you dont want to get ripped off like this. The reason they have "Fanprotect" for buyer is because they ripoff the sellers.

GBCustomer Service couldn't be worse It's maddening to spend an hour and 40 minutes on the phone with customer service and reporting the issue at trustpilot, only to receive a totally non-responsive reply from Stubhub. They sent an email describing a completely separate issue, (not mine). They sent another email instructing me to call customer service. Of course, their phone agent had no idea whatsoever why I was instructed to call. Of course, he assured me that whatever my issue is, Stubhub values my business and will resolve it. This issue has occurred regularly for years and now a dozen times in the past month, I've reported it now 4 times (painstaking hours on the phone speaking to fish), and no one takes ownership or even acknowledges that they understand the issue. I've lost hundreds of dollars as a result.
