GBYankees Opening Day Cluster Opening Day, Yankee Stadium. Ticket price was $250 per ticket, normal for home opener. Ticket convenience charge, or whatever they call it, was $71 per ticket. Egregious. Then, previously you could download the tickets to your device ahead of time. Not anymore. Had to go through security check line twice because I couldn't access the site or app to download the tickets. Never again.

GBFlew to Italy only to be told my tickets are fake Flew all the way to Italy from the US to watch a soccer game we paid good money for, only for us to be rejected at the entrance becauye we were sold fake tickets. After long talks with customer service we were given our refund, but there were other costs associated with this that went down the drain... We received the fake tickets a day before the event and StubHub didn't do anything to check the validity of the tickets beforehand.

CABeware! Beware!! This company is a criminal organization. StubHub scammed us badly. We flew from Toronto to Mexico City to see Madonna. Tickets they sent were invalid despite me calling them the day-of the concert to ensure their validity. We were turned away at the gate, along with hundreds of others who also purchased from StubHub and Viagogo (sister companies). Heartbreaking for us and thousands of dollars wasted in expenses to travel there. Don’t get scammed like we did.

CAGreat experience so far. I just recently bought Usher concert tickets for the Toronto show in September 2024 through StubHub, and without realizing it, I bought them 1 week before presale to the general population. My tickets costed half the price as seen on the Ticketmaster site now. About 20 minutes after purchase, I received my ticket in my MLSE/Scotiabank arena app. But naturally, I panicked and called up Ticketmaster who were able to confirm that my tickets are legit (it even has a rolling bar code). Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones? But my experience with StubHub has been great so far.

GBStubHub is a complete scam StubHub is a complete scam! I will never use them again. I bought tickets in November 2023 for a concert in April 2024. I was told the day of the concert, 3 hours before the concert was supposed to start, that they no longer could provide the tickets I originally purchased. This was a graduation present for my son to see Willie Nelson, his dream concert! StubHub was completely unhelpful & unapologetic during the entire meltdown I was having on the phone begging them to help me since we were already on our way to the concert. They said there were no tickets available for me to chose alternative tickets because the prices of tickets skyrocketed from when I purchased them. I don't even understand how it is legal for StubHub to sell tickets to me when they never actually had the tickets to sell. I wish I would have done more research on this company prior to purchasing. DO NOT TAKE ANY CHANCES ON USING THIS COMPANY FOR PURCHASING TICKETS.
