DONT TRUST STUB HUB In the beginning everything went well . I had sold around 45 pairs of tickets and usually got my money in my bank account in 7 or 9 days . Well..........All of a sudden , Stub Hub turned into a different company it appeared , No Money , No Customer Service Help !! Only after NUMEROUS phone calls.........It took 3 Weeks , Yes , 3 WEEKS ( after the event) to finally get my money. What did they do for the inconvenience ? Not a darn thing

O stars would a better review O stars would a better review! I purchased tickets to a Grand Ole Opry show in Nashville, Tennessee. All went well until I got to the show and was told the tickets where not good for the show I purchase. I got on the customer chat and all they could say was sorry and offered a 25% discount on a future event. I was not pleased with that response and they said I could return the tickets for a full refund. My spouse and I drove 301 miles to attend show. Then after I was blown off in the chat (terminated chat) by a time out. I just quit. Then I went on to my account with Stubhub to check on the 25% off discount a couple days later, only to find out the offered had expired the very next day after event. Will never use Stubhub ever again!

Yankees Opening Day Cluster Opening Day, Yankee Stadium. Ticket price was $250 per ticket, normal for home opener. Ticket convenience charge, or whatever they call it, was $71 per ticket. Egregious. Then, previously you could download the tickets to your device ahead of time. Not anymore. Had to go through security check line twice because I couldn't access the site or app to download the tickets. Never again.

Worked for me. I understand why StubHub gets some pretty bad reviews. People pay top dollar for tickets that often involve additional costs for travel and hotels and when things don't work out they are rightfully aggrieved. But StubHub are working in a very dynamic environment, transacting between millions of sellers and millions of buyers. And it is inevitable that things go wrong sometimes. I sincerely sympathise with those for whom this happens. My experience with StubHub has been positive. The tickets I have bought have worked, and their customer service has reached out to me, even called me, when things have not run smoothly. I do not believe that companies like StubHub should exist. Promotors should facilitate ticket resale at amicable rates, and put touts out of business. But they have no apparent interest to do so... and as a result both fans and artists suffer. But StubHub fills a market need, and does so well.

FRAUDULENT WEBSITE!! FRAUDULENT WEBSITE!!! Use another vendor! They sell tickets, stating they are certain sections rows and seating, while they are not the tickets as described. They will charge you higher prices for better seats, better sections, front row and then give you basic general admission. They are third party and don't care about customer service. Just take your money and run. Will not do any sort or return and even discuss this option. You have to manage yourself re-listing them to be sold on their platform, hoping you get your money back, as if that's our job. I'm just a customer, why am I having to re-list tickets because your company commits fraud?! Considering contacting my attorney over it.
