NLAdded value low, costs extremely high Being in the US we wanted to have tickets for baseball. We found the website being ranked high when searching. 1. The company charged app. USD 50 for their "service". This added 30% to the price. 2. We found out after ordering. 3. We entered our address in our home country. We received an email tickets could be downloaded with their app. We had to go online using roaming, resulting in additional costs of app USD 45. The company could have known we would not be able to download the app in advance but no (clear) message was given. 4. The app was not available in our country so it was not possible to download the tickets. 5. Therefore, we had to waste time sorting this out at the stadium. We were afraid we would not make the game in time, which was quite stressful esp. for our kid. Conclusion. Even though the ordering experience is quite smooth, the added value offered is mediocre, the costs are just ridiculous and no information was given about the costs (clearly) in advance. Avoid this company if possible and save your money for some hot dogs and a drink. Based on the reasons above we hope the company would be prepared to compensate us.

The Truth
USDONT TRUST STUB HUB In the beginning everything went well . I had sold around 45 pairs of tickets and usually got my money in my bank account in 7 or 9 days . Well..........All of a sudden , Stub Hub turned into a different company it appeared , No Money , No Customer Service Help !! Only after NUMEROUS phone calls.........It took 3 Weeks , Yes , 3 WEEKS ( after the event) to finally get my money. What did they do for the inconvenience ? Not a darn thing

CATalk about sMONEY GRAB SCHEME TO SUCK IN THE CONSUMER. BE AWAREcrewing the consumer Talk about screwing the consumer, in this day and age that our technology is at it's peek in terms of how consumers manage their lives. Having made a purchase recently on April15, 2024 for the F1 Race in Miami scheduled May 4, 2024. I will admit there was an error on my part where I accidentally purchased a 3 day pass when in fact I was wanting a 1 day pass. I brought this to the attention of Customer Service immediately (3mins after my purchase) to find out, there is nothing we can do all sales are final and it's up to you to try and sell those tickets and hoping get your money back. WHAT A SCAM, in this millennium where technology keeps us in touch globally STUBHUB can't find it within themselves to go into my purchase profile and edit my purchase?. Really?, its evident that this is a MONEY GRAB SCHEME TO SUCK IN THE CONSUMER. BE AWARE, FIND ALERNATE MEANS OF TICKET PURCHASES FOLKS. This company does not concern itself with it's consumers they take every means possible to not help you in anyway. Bare in mind that I was looking to edit my purchase not a refund of any sort, I end up making a second purchase as this was something my son really wanted to attend for his birthday. So They fished me in twice, I know I'm the sucker in the end, but you should also take into consideration who the fisherman is behind the rod. AGAIN, DON'T USE THIS SITE MANY, MANY DISSATIFIED CONSUMERS i SHOULD HAVE PAID ATTENTION TO THE SIGNS

USO stars would a better review O stars would a better review! I purchased tickets to a Grand Ole Opry show in Nashville, Tennessee. All went well until I got to the show and was told the tickets where not good for the show I purchase. I got on the customer chat and all they could say was sorry and offered a 25% discount on a future event. I was not pleased with that response and they said I could return the tickets for a full refund. My spouse and I drove 301 miles to attend show. Then after I was blown off in the chat (terminated chat) by a time out. I just quit. Then I went on to my account with Stubhub to check on the 25% off discount a couple days later, only to find out the offered had expired the very next day after event. Will never use Stubhub ever again!

USFlew to Italy only to be told my tickets are fake Flew all the way to Italy from the US to watch a soccer game we paid good money for, only for us to be rejected at the entrance becauye we were sold fake tickets. After long talks with customer service we were given our refund, but there were other costs associated with this that went down the drain... We received the fake tickets a day before the event and StubHub didn't do anything to check the validity of the tickets beforehand.
