USYankees Opening Day Cluster Opening Day, Yankee Stadium. Ticket price was $250 per ticket, normal for home opener. Ticket convenience charge, or whatever they call it, was $71 per ticket. Egregious. Then, previously you could download the tickets to your device ahead of time. Not anymore. Had to go through security check line twice because I couldn't access the site or app to download the tickets. Never again.

FIGot tickets to real madrid game against… Got tickets to real madrid game against bilbao. Got the tickets without problems but the price was 3x. Another thing was that the mentioned price was 179€ and after selecting and filling all required details, price suddenly included some fees, and the total went up to 259€ per ticket.

USPurchased a ticket for a concert in…Boston Purchased a ticket for a concert in Boston and received a fake ticket for a show in LA. Spent hours on chat and on the phone to get a replacement ticket. Was told that I would have multiple choices but that was not the case. I purchased a box seat and received one option half way up in the balcony. During the process it became very evident that they just want to refund your money rather than taking care of their customers.

FRWorked for me. I understand why StubHub gets some pretty bad reviews. People pay top dollar for tickets that often involve additional costs for travel and hotels and when things don't work out they are rightfully aggrieved. But StubHub are working in a very dynamic environment, transacting between millions of sellers and millions of buyers. And it is inevitable that things go wrong sometimes. I sincerely sympathise with those for whom this happens. My experience with StubHub has been positive. The tickets I have bought have worked, and their customer service has reached out to me, even called me, when things have not run smoothly. I do not believe that companies like StubHub should exist. Promotors should facilitate ticket resale at amicable rates, and put touts out of business. But they have no apparent interest to do so... and as a result both fans and artists suffer. But StubHub fills a market need, and does so well.

CAGreat experience so far. I just recently bought Usher concert tickets for the Toronto show in September 2024 through StubHub, and without realizing it, I bought them 1 week before presale to the general population. My tickets costed half the price as seen on the Ticketmaster site now. About 20 minutes after purchase, I received my ticket in my MLSE/Scotiabank arena app. But naturally, I panicked and called up Ticketmaster who were able to confirm that my tickets are legit (it even has a rolling bar code). Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones? But my experience with StubHub has been great so far.
