GBJust another victim to a corporate scalper... Unfortunately I waited too long and had to purchase tickets from Stub Hub and not from the venue. The tickets that were labeled seats 7 & 8 I purchased, at a 300%+ markup, were a far cry from the General Admission Lawn Seats I received. The good old bait and switch. I trusted the site was good and giving me what I ordered as StubHub was very specific in their description of the tickets I ordered. I noticed on the day of the event these were the wrong tickets. After three phone calls to Stub Hub customer service, I was hung up on, told I was given the correct tickets, eventually was given the option for a 25% discount on my next purchase with StubHub, or my money back. I insisted that I just simply want my tickets I ordered and paid for to see the event. Then I was promised an email that was going to give me an option for similar or upgraded seats. This email was going to take several hours for me to receive though...no email after several hours, when I called back again, same thing...I was going to receive and email. No email. So I went to my event and found one of the staff at the show, explained how I just had my knees replaced and was not able to sit in the lawn and that's why I paid for actual seats and they were able to accommodate me and actually enjoy the show. I hope that I never have to use StubHub or any of the other secondary ticket sites again. I am tired or pay exorbitant prices for bait and switch practices and company corrupted moral practices.

GBStubhub STINKS I bought tickets Mar 31 for a concert July 6. Thought they would be instant transfer. Now SH is telling me tickets won't be available til day of show. Not acceptable. And won't give me a refund. Reported to my credit card Co. They really stink.

GBI recently sold several tickets on STubhub and got ripped off I recently sold several tickets on Stubhub. One of the sales the buyer failed to provide a delivery address until the day of the actual event (Texas Eclipse). Stubhub expected me to hand deliver to buyer (60 miles away). When I was already at the event (which you cannot leave and return). Informing Stubhub of this, they cancelled the sale and charged me a cancellation fee of roughly 60%. Not only did I have to eat the tickets, but this added insult to injury. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER sell on Stubhub if you dont want to get ripped off like this. The reason they have "Fanprotect" for buyer is because they ripoff the sellers.

CATalk about sMONEY GRAB SCHEME TO SUCK IN THE CONSUMER. BE AWAREcrewing the consumer Talk about screwing the consumer, in this day and age that our technology is at it's peek in terms of how consumers manage their lives. Having made a purchase recently on April15, 2024 for the F1 Race in Miami scheduled May 4, 2024. I will admit there was an error on my part where I accidentally purchased a 3 day pass when in fact I was wanting a 1 day pass. I brought this to the attention of Customer Service immediately (3mins after my purchase) to find out, there is nothing we can do all sales are final and it's up to you to try and sell those tickets and hoping get your money back. WHAT A SCAM, in this millennium where technology keeps us in touch globally STUBHUB can't find it within themselves to go into my purchase profile and edit my purchase?. Really?, its evident that this is a MONEY GRAB SCHEME TO SUCK IN THE CONSUMER. BE AWARE, FIND ALERNATE MEANS OF TICKET PURCHASES FOLKS. This company does not concern itself with it's consumers they take every means possible to not help you in anyway. Bare in mind that I was looking to edit my purchase not a refund of any sort, I end up making a second purchase as this was something my son really wanted to attend for his birthday. So They fished me in twice, I know I'm the sucker in the end, but you should also take into consideration who the fisherman is behind the rod. AGAIN, DON'T USE THIS SITE MANY, MANY DISSATIFIED CONSUMERS i SHOULD HAVE PAID ATTENTION TO THE SIGNS

CAGreat experience so far. I just recently bought Usher concert tickets for the Toronto show in September 2024 through StubHub, and without realizing it, I bought them 1 week before presale to the general population. My tickets costed half the price as seen on the Ticketmaster site now. About 20 minutes after purchase, I received my ticket in my MLSE/Scotiabank arena app. But naturally, I panicked and called up Ticketmaster who were able to confirm that my tickets are legit (it even has a rolling bar code). Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones? But my experience with StubHub has been great so far.
