USNever received a response There was an event I was expecting to attend on April 26th and unfortunately, for me, my cousin was assaulted days before the event and I reached out in hopes of cancelling my tickets and receiving a refund to go out of town to tend to my family member. I had bought many tickets before in the past and enjoyed using TicketWeb but they have shown that they clearly don't care about their customers and they will not get back to you about your concerns; even in an emergency. Be aware.

USProtecting scammers I purchased tickets for an event that turned out to be fraudulent, because the name of the event and poster were stolen from an unaffiliated company. Ticketweb's "no refund" policy also protects scammers.

USCard declined multiple times for no… Card declined multiple times for no reason. Support is useless and acted like I was bothering them for asking them to do their job and help answer my questions. As much as I loathe all of these rip-off ticket sites, I’d rather waste $20 for “fees” than deal with breathtaking incompetence and a sketchy user experience. Venues, please ditch this worthless service.

USNo refund for cancelled show Bought a ticket to a show, the show was “postponed”. That was 2 months ago, so I emailed their support center and was informed that I cannot receive a refund since the show is still “postponed”.

USCheck with the venue first. Save yourself a headache and try to purchase at the venue box office if you can. Help is non-existent, when you attempt to email, it causes a security warning because ticketweb's certificates have not been updated. Their website absolutely sucks and doesn't appear to have any regular maintenance.
