Misleading and a rip off Misleading and a rip off. The website for the band states that the Meet and Greet Package includes a GA ticket to the event. If you look at other websites the $100 fee includes the ticket and the full package. TicketWeb wants to make you purchase a GA ticket to be able to add the M&G package. They told me the reason it's advertised as the M&G ticket includes the GA ticket is due to you having to purchase the GA ticket before you're allowed to get the package. No other website is doing this to their customers, only TicketWeb. Deceitful marketing.

Totally fraudulent ! Ordered tickets to the Improv in Brookfield, WI. They overcharged me with bogus fees an extra $100! The charge went on my credit card immediately, but no email or text or confirmation of my tickets. Called my credit card company to report this scam. They immediately credited back the amount to my credit card and are pursuing an investigation. ALWAYS REMEMBER ANY PURCHASES YOU MAKE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD ARE PROTECTED 😊

Horrible system with horrible customer… Horrible system with horrible customer service. I tried getting tickets for a show and the venue only accepts this website for reservations. My card was declined by their website. Initially, I thought maybe I made a mistake or had insufficient funds. I reviewed my account and apparently, it was only their website that declined my purchase, I was actually charged on my account. I tried several other times with the same card and other cards including a debit card. Again and again the same message declined. On my back account I was charged then reimbursed. No phone number for assistance, only way to reach out to them is by email. I received a very inaccurate response stating that my account country was different from my billing information.

Thieves Thieves, as everyone has already pointed out. This company apparently has no accountability for paying customers. Took my money a year ago and still have not received tickets, a refund or anything at all for my money. Complete disgrace of a business no one should ever support again. Lots of ticket dealers, these people are thieves.

Lying and Scamming Had tickets for a show and then COVID happened. Wasn't able to attend the reschedule in April 2021. Was explicitly told to tear tickets, reply with confirmation code in the subject by XXX date. Replied a week earlier and have been trying to get a refund since...despite this whole documented back and forth, they continue to say I can't get a refund. At this point I'm simply following up monthly to remind them they are lying to customers.
