Scam artists Cancelled a show, and sent e-mail saying to request a refund. Then denied refund saying it was not requested in time, even though timestamped e-mail clearly shows within their window of request. Had to dispute charge with financial institution to get my money back. Go literally anywhere else to get your tickets, these guys are scam artists.

Ticketweb website lists a phone number… Ticketweb website lists a phone number on their website however nobody answers Other than a message saying to email for a response to your inquiry. I waited 5 days after my email and unfortunately was not reimbursed for my loss even after ticketweb website says you can contact for a response. Ticketweb should be avoided if possible.

Was scared to buy from these guys at first Was scared to buy from these guys based on other reviews but the band insta linked me there and so did ticket Master so I took a risk. Got my tickets within a few seconds I think as long as you don't mess up your email you should be be good only reviewing so the average person doesn't go to stubhub and pay 5x the price to feel safer

Card declined multiple times for no… Card declined multiple times for no reason. Support is useless and acted like I was bothering them for asking them to do their job and help answer my questions. As much as I loathe all of these rip-off ticket sites, I’d rather waste $20 for “fees” than deal with breathtaking incompetence and a sketchy user experience. Venues, please ditch this worthless service.

Fake tickets Fake tickets. Spent $120 per ticket so $240 for a concert which was legit but once tickets were purchased the venue location and even changed for some reason. Turned away at door… such a bad experience. Screw this website do not buy here always buy from venue. Lesson learned….
