Thoughtful, personalized gift with many contributors! This book was so easy to coordinate among friends and family who live in all different areas. We got it put together in a matter of days! When my friend opened up her Kith and Kin book, she had immediate tears of joy! It shipped a little later than hoped for or expected, but came right in the nick of time. I wish there were was to customize the colors and designs on the book as reds/browns aren't her favorite colors BUT it was awesome nonetheless!!

The final product looks great The final product looks great, the owners are quick to respond to questions, the product is easy to create and delivery was quick. I give it a 3.5. However, there are limitations to developing the book: -Too many pages are used for each contribution - text style is fixed ( can't do bold or italics) -prompts should indicate more flexibility -the contributors' names are in light font on the side of the page and can't be changed

I was impressed by the easy and… I was impressed by the easy and professionalism of it all. The website and template were easy to use and easy to communicate with my co-contributors. The formatting was easy, although I do wish there was a way to place extra pages into the book to help with spacing. I had to be creative in how I arranged the book. What really impressed me was the customer service. Twice I reached out with questions outside of business hours (once early on a Sunday morning) and received a helpful response within an hour. Very impressive! I would highly recommend.

Excellent Experience It was a great experience creating this memoir of a lifetime for my son. He loved the Graduation book. I would give a special mention to Brittany for guiding me through the entire process. Excellent customer service. Thanks to kith n kin as I could get contributions to the book from across borders too.
