GBVery hard to get any response via… Very hard to get any response via emails even though they say they will respond within 48 hours. Took 3 emails and over 10 days before I received a response. Also they do not inform you that some products come from over sees and there is an additional international charge that will show up on your back account that is not included in the original price.

GBCustomers are always eager to receive… Customers are always eager to receive their purchase. An email acknowledging the order, and when the merchandise will be shipped will help provide confidence in our purchase. I had not heard of this site, but wanted to purchase the merchandise. I purchased the doormat and a sign - both look great, and excellent quality! The doormat was received in roughly 15 days. The sign was around 30 days. An email setting the expectations, or at purchase would have put my mind at ease when I was going to receive. Please note: I will purchase from this company again, as the quality was superior.
