Dog Patrol Easy to order, customer service great. Any problems were quickly resolved. Biggest problem I had was in size of pictures I submitted for printing on the mat. The recipient of the mat thoroughly enjoyed the present.

Very hard to get any response via… Very hard to get any response via emails even though they say they will respond within 48 hours. Took 3 emails and over 10 days before I received a response. Also they do not inform you that some products come from over sees and there is an additional international charge that will show up on your back account that is not included in the original price.
