I’ve always been pleased with the personalized merchandise I’ve bought from Pawzity. They have a great variety of products to choose from and their finished personalized products are second to none. They have a wide variety of choices to personalize your clothing or other merchandise that you are purchasing. If there is an issue that arises they promptly contact you to give you other options to choose from to personalize your merchandise. I have bought many many t-shirts and other merchandise from them over the time that they have been in business. I have always been pleased with the results of what I ordered.

Very hard to get any response via… Very hard to get any response via emails even though they say they will respond within 48 hours. Took 3 emails and over 10 days before I received a response. Also they do not inform you that some products come from over sees and there is an additional international charge that will show up on your back account that is not included in the original price.

The customer service is great The customer service is great, there were technical difficulties with the shipping for one of the packages due to the carriers, I reached out and got quick responses from pawzity, not to mention with action! The products turned out beautiful and better than expected. Will definitely be doing future business with this company. Overall a great experience!

Welcome mats were exactly as pictured Welcome mats were exactly as pictured, only wish they would have been bit thicker as we have severe wind at times and the mat will blow against our house instead of staying by the door.
