The fact that you can get such great quality personalized items, and as quickly as it came, for such an incredible price! The website does not give the final product justice. Extremely impressed! I ordered a dog mat with caricatures of… I ordered a dog mat with caricatures of our lab and labradoodle. The first order got lost during the shipping process and didn’t make it on time for when I wanted it. But they sent me another and the recipient was my husband so that was okay. It’s so cute!

Lovely product with great customer service Shortly after placing my order, our dog’s previous owner was able to take her back. I emailed Pawzity and request that they remove the dog image leaving the 3 cat images. They did it right away! Also, the door mat serves a reminder not to let the indoor cats outdoors. This is helpful for guests who aren’t used to watching out for escaping felines. The mat is lovely with a fabric similar to what a computer mouse pad is like. It is more decorative than mud collecting. This would make a sweet gift.

Over the Moon I was looking for a garden sign to honor our beloved westie who passed away. I happened to find exactly what I had in mind on Pawzity, and I was able to customize it. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong sign, and contacted Customer Service. They were quick to respond, and apologetic. When the sign I had ordered arrived, it was perfect. I couldn't be more pleased.
