They have a wide variety of choices to personalize your clothing or other merchandise that you are purchasing. If there is an issue that arises they promptly contact you to give you other options to choose from to personalize your merchandise. I have bought many many t-shirts and other merchandise from them over the time that they have been in business. I have always been pleased with the results of what I ordered.

Over the Moon I was looking for a garden sign to honor our beloved westie who passed away. I happened to find exactly what I had in mind on Pawzity, and I was able to customize it. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong sign, and contacted Customer Service. They were quick to respond, and apologetic. When the sign I had ordered arrived, it was perfect. I couldn't be more pleased.

Lovely product with great customer service Shortly after placing my order, our dog’s previous owner was able to take her back. I emailed Pawzity and request that they remove the dog image leaving the 3 cat images. They did it right away! Also, the door mat serves a reminder not to let the indoor cats outdoors. This is helpful for guests who aren’t used to watching out for escaping felines. The mat is lovely with a fabric similar to what a computer mouse pad is like. It is more decorative than mud collecting. This would make a sweet gift.

I ordered an ornament for my sons'… I ordered an ornament for my sons' engagement with their photo on one side, the date they were engaged on the other side. It's really nice! Beautifully made and it came with a gold and a red ribbon. They loved it! I highly recommend this product and company.
