I ordered a dog mat with caricatures of… I ordered a dog mat with caricatures of our lab and labradoodle. The first order got lost during the shipping process and didn’t make it on time for when I wanted it. But they sent me another and the recipient was my husband so that was okay. It’s so cute!

The fact that you can get such great quality personalized items, and as quickly as it came, for such an incredible price! The website does not give the final product justice. Extremely impressed! An email acknowledging the order, and when the merchandise will be shipped will help provide confidence in our purchase. I had not heard of this site, but wanted to purchase the merchandise. I purchased the doormat and a sign - both look great, and excellent quality! The doormat was received in roughly 15 days. The sign was around 30 days. An email setting the expectations, or at purchase would have put my mind at ease when I was going to receive. Please note: I will purchase from this company again, as the quality was superior.

Very hard to get any response via… Very hard to get any response via emails even though they say they will respond within 48 hours. Took 3 emails and over 10 days before I received a response. Also they do not inform you that some products come from over sees and there is an additional international charge that will show up on your back account that is not included in the original price.

Over the Moon I was looking for a garden sign to honor our beloved westie who passed away. I happened to find exactly what I had in mind on Pawzity, and I was able to customize it. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong sign, and contacted Customer Service. They were quick to respond, and apologetic. When the sign I had ordered arrived, it was perfect. I couldn't be more pleased.
